Sometimes the service is good.. today I waited almost ten minutes in the drive thru, my sandwich was made on a wrap instead of a bun and my French vanilla was an inch and a half from the top. I know it's stressful working fast food but maybe more training would help. They're also usually understaffed (tho there were lots of people working today).
