Worst TH I've been to recently. Bathroom small, dirty, old. So it's not just a 'we made a mistake' excuse. Almost tripped on stupid baby chairs they had sitting halfway into ordering area. Then, only one other person ahead of me but took like 5-6 min. to get service. I guess good experience at TH is one of the hundreds of things NOT happening in Springhill NS. :D

A year ago this Tim hortons was great for food and service. I have no idea what happened but almost every week we give them another chance to redeem themselves. They are constantly out of stock of every item to the point that its a 5 minute conversation in the drive thru to figure out what we can order. The machine to make lattes has been broken for 6 months and so they just don't make them anymore. Any of the special advertised drinks can not be sold because they can't make them. Any time I have ordered a donut that is advetis3d as the special they don't have it. I feel bad for the staff who have to communicate this to the customers because I know we are all having the same experience. The owner needs to at least make sure the machines are working and that the food and drinks and in stock. This place is ridiculous.

Negative experiences tend to make people more likely to review a place. I'm leaving this review here because I just had a poor experience elsewhere and wanted to also leave a review for somewhere that doesn't screw up all the time.Tim horton's food isn't incredible, but you at least get the order right every time. They don't make up a different price for your order every time, have unhelpful management, or have their veggies taste like soap like Subway. They know their menu unlike BK and Wendy's. If you're tired of having to return your food half the time you order something, don't worry, that won't happen here.All I got today is a double double, but guess what? I actually recieved my double double.

This place is starting to piss me off. You can't get any kind of sandwich after 8 pm even though they don't close until 10pm. The ice cap machine mysteriously doesnt work in the evenings but works perfectly fine in the day time, and that is 6 days in a row. They don't make chilli anymore. I have been going to this tims for 9 years and its going downhill. The staff refuses to work in the evenings to make sandwiches or ice caps. Does the owner know about all these issues? And more often than not the place closes 10 or 15 minutes early than 10pm. I am a regular who is going to take his business to Oxford or Amherst, which means at least a $3000 pay cut per year. And yesterday at 11am I couldnt buy one donut or muffin because they said they were all out of everything....at 11am. I should add that most of these issues are weekend staff. The week day staff are great.

THe staff there does not know how to make a latte.they gave me hotchocolats mixed with tea. They don't check the hot chocolate machine lv been served water 2 times..THE STAFF IS POORLY TRAINED IN SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IGNORANT AT BEST .DONT RECOMMEND ..CHECK YOU FOOD ..AND DRINK BEFORE DRIVING AWAY FROM THIS TIM HORTONS .
