The manager at this store insisted I was not allowed to put one of their sauces on the breakfast sandwich I ordered. Not even an option to pay for it, order it on the side and pay for it, nothing. That sauce was not allowed on that sandwich.
Seems ridiculous to me. I wrote a review to Tim Horton's directly, and they asked if I wanted a response? I said yes, and have yet to hear anything. Tim Horton's does not value their customers, and this store particularly definitely does not.
I will never visit a Tim Horton's again.

Just wanted to share a great experience I had at Tim Hortons recently! The place was spotless, and the service was top-notch – super clean and friendly. I especially want to shout out the CSR who took my order. They were incredibly patient with me while I made up my mind (which took a while, haha). Their friendly attitude and willingness to help really made my day. It’s always a pleasure to visit a place where the staff clearly cares about their customers. Keep up the fantastic work!

I didn't order anything but I used the toilets. Don't tell anyone
Service was quick in the restaurant and pastry was lovely.
However the best service came after we left.
Having driven 3 hours away I discovered my purse was missing.
When I phoned through their amazing manager, Karen , had not only kept it safe, but today at her own cost posted it back to me.
Wouldn't take any money for helping me, either!
So grateful that there are such kind hearted people still in the world.
