A bit disappointed as I was going through the drive thru on Sunday October 20th at 3pm… the young lady taking my order was extremely unpleasant to me as there was aggressive “yups” and snarky “okays” as I had only ordered a muffin and a donut. There was zero patience, no manners, aggressive/irritated tone. and believe it or not, the same thing at the window. No hello, no nothing. just held the debit machine in my face. Just by her demeanour I could tell she was the same person who took my order at the speaker. I then asked her if she took my order and she scoffed and said “yeah and??” I replied with “I don’t appreciate the attitude”. She then shoved the bag in my face with no apology or response and to say the least.. that is my worst experience with Timmies. Do better.

Very nice employees! I left my purse there and they kept it for me. I’m very thankful for the employees here! They made my trip lucky and not terrible. It’s another good memory for Tim Hortons.

I don't know when the last time they cleaned the bathrooms, you can smell piss outside of the bathroom. It's been like this for several weeks.
