Deserve 5 star because of owner, my wife went at tim for Job and owner came out to discuss about job postings and he mentioned everything politely and professionally and we really were happy to meet him. He fills every job seeker with confidence and respect everyone. Dear owner, you the best. Keep it

Even though this is a busy location just off the highway, it's always clean inside and, the counter service is fast, staff are nice. Only complaint is I can't see the bagels when I'm ordering in-store, so the cashier has to run through the sandwich area to see what's on the rack over there.

Very discussed with the guy handing out the food. He has warts all over his hands. Warts are contagious.

The worst for selection as in never anything you want …….. never get an order right takes forever to even get someone on the speaker or at the counter never updates the sign always showing specials and items they no longer serve and if you ask about it you get the same answer huh? What? Oh ok 0/10

I have to say I was impressed with Cory's kindness and professionalism. He is the manager of this store. I called as I forgot my jacket in the restaurant during our travel from Halifax to NB. He was so kind and helpful, mailed CP my jacket without any expense for me. I was moved by his warm response to help.I will always stop at this location when travelling to Halifax!Thank you Cory. Terrible. Everyday we go here, everyday something is wrong. Today is just one sample of it. Asked for a meal, with a hash brown, get a total, get to the window. No hash brown. We asked , why? Oh he didn’t ring it in the hag old lady said. Well okay? Can we have the hash brown? She says “what do you want then” , Uhhh the hash brown we ordered??? We would have paid but they shoved us out like it was our fault when we ordered specifically something we a meal. One other time we ordered a breakfast sandwich with no bread. Easy right? We paid full price for the breakfast, and paid for extra sausage on it, all that was in the bag? My sandwich, normal one, and a piece of sausage in the container. No egg, no cheese, no bacon, nothing. Called them, it’s our fault, blah blah what can we do for you etc…. The lady was like “well you can come by and get a free one” it’s like lady hello, it’s paid for I damn well expect it would be free. For the amount of money we spend at this stupid company the service should be better. Also this place has like 15 employees working at once and it still might take up to a half hour to get a simple coffee. Good luck if you ever decide to stop here. The employees are older at the helm and very grumpy. Not the way to start the day with an order problem every time. Oh and P.S. Learn to stir coffee. Maybe take some notes from McDonald’s training program.

Just left Tim Hortons Shubenacadie after waiting 25 minutes in line inside for one coffee and one tea!!! Three people working the drive thru but only one inside with customers. I’ve never waited this long EVER at Tim’s for service. The staff were friendly enough but unable to keep up with the demand inside. I’m sure that it would have been much quicker using the drive thru. Many walked out without waiting in line. Be warned!

You need to train your staff on customer service. Went to place my order and instead of just asking me to repeat myself I was told to “stop talking”. You need to do

I've never had such slow service. 8 people working behind the counter and it took 20 minutes to get food after placing an order. At least the crispy bbq chicken wrap and Jalapeno pastry were tasty. Otherwise would have been a huge waste of time.Food was good. People at the cash need to speak up. Lots of mumbling. Drive thru and food delivery like Uber Eats seemed much quicker.
