I had heard about this place a few months back and finally managed to eat here. This food is authentic Chinese cooking; simply put, it is outstanding. We had the beef brisket with radish (daikon), as well as the chicken with mushroom. It was so good and, as I said previously, so authentic in terms of its preparation and flavors. I definitely will be back here. I should also add that the staff member who served us was so pleasant and kind.

So affordable! I went to Newfoundland and Sydney for a break, and I discovered Baiwei BBQ within walking distance of the hotel. We ordered a new product, Fatty Sausage Chicken, which the two of us couldn't finish. We also packed two lunch boxes, which were not only large in quantity, but also tasted great and the price was affordable. One dish, two mutton skewers and two bowls of rice, cost less than $60 including tip.

Lovely family owned place in a residential area of Sydney. Down to earth atmosphere. So delicious, just as good as anything I've had in bigger cities like Vancouver. I had the chili chicken hot pot and it was so delicious, served piping hot. Big portion so I took the rest home. I scraped up every last bit of broth, because I didn't want to miss out on any deliciousness.

Went there for Asian food. Kept going there for the very nice Chinese grandmother. The food is very good and they have a good variety for all tastes.

Really great authentic Chinese food! :) in my opinion, I would say this is definitely more authentic than 90% of the Calgary restaurants, where we are from. Highly recommended!!

The food was amazing! We got the braised beef and radish dish - very flavourful!! The portions were great. The lychee sparkling drink was also very good! They had very interesting choices on the menu. The service was also great, very friendly staff.

The food was incredible! Had the brisket and radish pot. We like spice and the dish had a moderate level of spice. The Hong Kong sausage was great too

[Great quality, but TOO SALTY and SPICY]Food quality is 11/10, absolutely amazing, definitely made by high-skilled chef! However, food is too "authentic" to the point it's TOO SALTY and SPICY for non-Chinese guests. We could not taste the food properly. My best recommendation is to ask for half or 1/4 salt and however spicy you want, then you will surely enjoy the food.
