Its the Bonnie prince. So different from when I was going to UCCB. It was light and clean with good service and tasty food. But I miss those memories the smell of stale beer and regret, the trays of cheep beer and the constant calling out of hawco taxi side door.

I purchased a Ceaser Salad for takeout today, July 3rd. What happened to the good-quality salad they used to make? I'm so disappointed. $27.00 for this? WOW!

It was my first time at the Bonnie Prince Beverage Room/restaurantThis restaurant has been renovated in the past few years and has a nice fresh new look to it now. The staff are really nice and friendly as is typical of a restaurant in Canada's Maritime provinces. They understand what service is all about here.

The food and the drinks were good. According to my friend who is from here, the place is known for home-cooked meals.

Had onion soup mix in their hot hamburger sandwich which they did not advertise nor mention when ordered. Then my husband got violently ill after he ate half of it. It was also burnt. And French fries were half cooked and mushy. Would never go back nor recommend

Great food great place to eat lots to pick and choose from great wait staff

updated review after the remodel:
ordered hot hamburger and fries, decent amount of gravy on both, onions on hot hamburger coulda been more, fries were middle of the road and the bread on the hot hamburger was just some simple cheap white bread (downgraded review from 4 stars to 3 because food wasnt anything that stood out especially with plenty of other options in town for a hot hamburger)

This place has good home style food for a good price, and typically quick service. I love their breakfasts, which are a really great price for the amount/quality of the food!

Always was and will be a 5 star spot.

The most consistently good food in the region. It's well priced and the quality of food is high. Given that cost. It's often very busy, especially on Fridays and Saturdays so go early to get a table.

Great food, atmosphere, and staff can't help enough with our son with his autism. Kind and compassionate.
