This place is not good. They need someone to Come in to train the staff how to make proper burritos that's up to par with the other burrito Jax franchises. Always disappointed in the taste and amount of toppings. They don't put enough to ghbtoppings in the burrito like its strange how Much they skimp on putting on toppings and limit you when your paying for a 18 dollar burrito. They really need improvement in making the burritos. Please get training or this franchise is gonna go under. I love burritos but they never make it right here sadly.

Not all menu items were available. Would not accept cash payment because they had no change in the register. Skimping big time on the toppings/sauces. Overall a highly disappointing experience. This was my first time trying this franchise out. And it will also be my last.
I’ve ordered vegetarian burrito, which was disaster. It was cold, not at all cooked. Everything inside was super cold. Just vegetable and didn’t put any selected sauces. I’ll never order from this outlet again.

Burrito Jax good for fresh and delicious burritos, but their customer service is also top-notch.Aman and gagan is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to customize orders to your preference. Even during busy hours, they handle orders efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Great food and great service. I will visit again 😊
