order was missing several items and business refused to offer any type of replacent/refund/credit/. told me several times there was nothing that could be done. i insisted we figure out what can be done and they hung up on me lol. I don't mind a mistake with an order, it happens sometimes. we are human. any other local business it happens with, they offer to replace the item or offer something in place of it. super disappointed since it's a local business. figured I'd leave...read full review
Worst restaurant, worst management….terrible experience 👎👎👎
Worst experience ever. My brother in law being a fully vegetarian ordered paneer dosa and they brought the food. After starting the food midway they are coming and saying it’s chicken dosa. When we complained, reply we get is we THOUGHT you can eat chicken.
And how come being a Indian restaurant especially Malayali restaurant they say we don’t have green chillies at all.
There’s no professionalism from server too, bringing one food at a time, then running back...read full review
