Food used to be good but has gone down hill big time, way over priced for the quality you get.

Says 4 pieces of toast and comes in one piece cut up in 4. Juice was handed to us then later found out it costed 5$. Very disappointing experience

Dined here twice for breakfast while staying at the hotel. Our server Carol was an absolute joy. Warm and welcoming, I was looking forward to seeing her the next morning. Carol, if you see this You are amazing keep it up! We will always remember you <3
Had eggs Benedict both days and also tried their yogurt parfait. My partner enjoyed an omlette and had to get the rye toast both times!

Good spot to come in for the morning. Breakfast was made surprisingly quick.
Our server was the older woman, I can’t say enough about her. She was very sweet, working under pressure with ease, cleaning each table as guests walked in and providing the best service to my table as well as others. Her hard work didn’t go unnoticed. She definitely deserves a raise!!

Seemed short staffed because we initially thought it was only her working until other servers came out after a busy rush which made it upsetting to see that ALL tables needed to be cleaned while others waited.

Tip for next time, have your servers out helping when a rush is happening instead of leaving one server do it all- it’s tough!

Again, thank you for the food and service.

Arrived at 10:10pm. Hours state the establishment is open until midnight. The employee asked me what he could get me "before he went home" because he was closing early tonight. I left because I was looking for a place to stay for a while and intended on staying until midnight.

Nice ambiance here aside from the Friday night singer cursing and swearing. I had the $24.00 chicken parm which was lacking, I had to ask for bread, the chicken was dry with no seasoning, and the sauce felt it was out of the can. Come on guys a chicken parm should be a go to meal. Disappointed to say the least because this place has a classy look!

Food is just ok, the breakfast crew service is a bit to be desired. Coffee is absolutely disgusting (It will eat your spoon after standing it up! See picture, that was after 5 creamers). The evening crew has much better service and make the best hotel bar drinks :). The entertainment was awesome!!

Parking: Terrible with very few accessibility spots.

We had breakfast here 2 days in a row and loved their pancakes & waffles. The old
Lady that works there is simply awesome, she’s super caring and friendly, she even gave our kid an extra treat. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in the holiday inn.
