When u order a chicken basket it comes with fries.... the idiots that work there ask if u want fries yall need to know ur job or don't do it at all... I am so disappointed in their service... I even called n they wouldn't fix it so they have lost a valuable customer i will never go back there

Worst dairy queen i have ever been too. I will not return. 4 piece basket and only 1 sauce, charged me extra for another sauce which theyve always given 2 for a 4 piece., wanted a cup of water bc I don't drink pop, was going to charge me for a cup. Pathetic run business at this location.

I ordered a chicken strip meal with ranch. And they charged me 50 cents when I asked for it. Not a big deal but I think there was a language barrier.

Had 2 chicken strip meals. Cold chicken, honey garlic sauce tasted like fish, fries were terrible, onion rings were... meh? Our kids meal looked like it was made by kids. Not the second, third or even forth time we have been let down by the quality here. Ice cream still kicks ass, but the food ..... why. Why did I do this to myself again? Now I got a pissed off wife, sad kids,sticky fingers from fish like sauce, and the taste of disappointment, lingering on my tongue, like the cleaner taste from my ice tea.

Dairy Queen has always been a solid place to go to, just getting a little pricy. When you use coupons though it's definitely worth it! The workers here are great and very accommodating.

I ordered Banana Split and the dish was very worst I ever had in my life. I had banana split from various restaurants including dairy Queen, but the dish today was worst. It has very much raw banana and it's very bitter in taste. I don't know why people ruin their reputation by serving out of stock items.
