Dairy Queen has always been a solid place to go to, just getting a little pricy. When you use coupons though it's definitely worth it! The workers here are great and very accommodating.

I ordered Banana Split and the dish was very worst I ever had in my life.
I had banana split from various restaurants including dairy Queen, but the dish today was worst. It has very much raw banana and it's very bitter in taste.
I don't know why people ruin their reputation by serving out of stock items.

Used to come here often, now it is not worth it. Bought chicken fingers and fries and two ice cream desserts for supper. Trying to order was difficult as the person who was taking the order kept asking over and over "is that everything?". I wouldn't even be done my sentence and I would get cut off mid-order. The chicken fingers we got were extremely tiny and the fries we got weren't even hot, felt like they were sitting out for a while. While one dessert we got tasted okay, the other dessert was just horrible! I will NOT be returning and its a shame the quality has dropped so much.

Been a regular here for a bit, quality has gone down over the years but it was still the best DQ around, recently it's been awful. Today my gravy had an awful chemical-like taste to it that made me gag, and the chicken strips were dry as well, couldn't get down three of them and just threw the meal away.

Cheap, unhygienic, disposable cups that will be on floor by mistake will still use them to serve ice cream. Everything was perfect until cheap Indian gujrati owner came in.

This location has lost our family and friends as customers. We bought an ice cream cake which is a tradition and something we get for everyone in our family on their birthday. Sadly nobody was able to enjoy it, as the taste of cleaner / chemicals was so overpowering. When we returned the cake the next day, the staff were ignorant and rude. They took the cake in the back and apparently tried it. Who would sample a cake a customer returned?? They then proceeded to tell us that the cake tasted fine. We asked for a manager/supervisor and at first they refused to get them, and then disappeared to the back 'once again', only to return and tell us that the manager/supervisor wasn't answering their phone. We will continue to spread the word and encourage anyone thinking of visiting this DQ.. to stay away, FAR AWAY!!!

Where do i start....i went to get a BLIZZARD a OREO BLIZZARD in fact, this is when my problem all started, i was in the drive through having a great day, until i pulled up to the window.. i was greeted by a friendly female...and paid for my goods, but when she came back with my ice cream, and went to hand me it, SHE DID NOT FLIP IT UPSIDE DOWN!!! LIKE REALLY?????? and then she handed me it, i drove away and had to flip it myself. when i did so it spilled all over me, I AM ENRAGED BY THIS, LEARN TO TRAIN YOUR WORKERS RIGHT! GOOD DAY
