Worst customer service ever- the lady who is working in there was so rude and the way she was serving was even more rude. Plus the food was so bad. Never gonna visit here again. Very poor experience and low quality.

Good customer service

Terrible customer service and consistently disappointing experiences. I've visited 5-6 times, hoping for improvement, but it hasn't happened. Staff lacks basic courtesy, like serving (Glass)water without being asked. The washroom and wash basin are unhygienic. The food is subpar—Chicken Biriyani is more like rice with onion gravy and chicken, Puttu was undercooked, and dishes like Butter Chicken and Chilly Chicken were overcooked or burnt. Even the Chicken Mandhi was disappointing. Not a place worth dining at.

Piece of crap, we gave them few chances but every time we are more disappointed. DOSA is always cold and stale mixtures, samber straight from the fridge in a plastic cup I returned it and they didn't had white dressing with dosa.
Waitress in the beach shoes hanging around, pin drop silence,looks like they don't have feeling to make guest enjoyable experience. Previous owners dosa and service was excellent. Will never go back.
Look at the pictures this is what we got in the platter and check their advertisements. Such a disappointment.

We had a delicious South Indian breakfast of dosa here and loved it. We particularly enjoyed the masala dosa with the chutney and sambar. We literally licked our plates clean - the food was that good.

If you're craving for some really good South Indian food in Sydney, this place is a must try.

Vegetarian options: Dosa, parotta, appam etc - plenty of vegetarian options.

Parking: Limited parking spots.

Kid-friendliness: Has high chair

Quantity Too less.
Specially masala dosa. Quantity of sambhar and chutney too less. Does has not enough fillings. And no coconut chutney with dosa. Mosquito or small bug flying around table.

I recently visited Sydney from Vancouver and was interested in trying Indian cuisine. I noticed a restaurant called Little India and was curious about it.
The customer service was awesome! The food and ambience were great too...❤️

The Masala dosa was really good and if you like the same spice as taco bell hot sauce then your in luck.Im actually surprised they even made it this spicy as im white but im Happy they did as I eat food way hotter usually.At home I put the hot ones pepper x experience sauce on everything so this was a nice warmth.I got a mango "shake" which tasted alot like mango lassi so I approve.?
The atmosphere was so quiet that every sound reverberated off the walls and echoed. This was a bit much as it felt like every cough and utensil drop was like dropping a noise bomb. Otherwise great service,excellent food and it arrived in a short time.I give it ⭐⭐⭐ for atmosphere and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for food.

Horrible experience... she served us with cold food and took a lifetime to get the food! Regret trying this place. its totally pathetic, save your money people!
