The chicken has been consistently too salty every time I ordered. It’s so salty that even ketchup can’t balance it. It’s also too oily and turns out soggy. I really hope the restaurant can reduce the salt and improve the texture.

Horrible service did not get what i ordered then why I went in they stated they did not have any. I left the food was awful so I called to speak to the manager twice the phone was picked up by females and when I asked for a manager they hung up the third call a gentleman answered and told him he better not hang up he then stated the manager could not take the phone I guess the manager doesn’t care about customer service or satisfaction. I won’t be back so many better choices in the area like touché, and Mary Browns only went there because it was convenient but I can tell you I will drive out of my way to avoid this dump

ordered the famous chicken sandwich, same one ive ordered for over a year. was given a squishy microwaved piece of chicken. brought it back in and politely asked them to remake it, the worker agreed it was made wrong and apologized. i get the second sandwich, its a thin gross piece of chicken that looks nothing like its supposed to. i bring it back to the counter and the manager tells me thats 100% right. i point to the menu 2ft above her head where theres a picture of it and it looks nothing similar. then she starts talking about flour lmao. left the sandwich on their counter and walked out hungry. what a joke.

$5 extea to add a poutine..you're putting my already bought fries in a bowl and adding gravy and cheese curds. Which they add way too much of, it's basically a soup they put that much gravy in it...disgusting. pay me $5 to eat it please.

Hello. Last May 2024 I told myself that I would not return to this restaurant until they cleaned their front windows. It’s now April 2025 and the front windows are still disgusting. If you can’t even keep your windows clean…. What’s happening in that store? Get your act together guys. Gross.

Disappointed with the Chicken Quality
I recently visited KFC, prince street, Sydney expecting the usual crispy, flavorful chicken, but I was very disappointed. The chicken was dry, oily, overcooked, and lacked the signature seasoning that KFC is known for. On top of that, the pieces were smaller than usual and had way too much batter compared to actual meat.
To make matters worse, it tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours—definitely not fresh. For the price, I expected way better. Won’t be coming back anytime soon. Switching to Mary Browns.

Worst food and KFC Wanted to upgrade my french fries with my combo and they gave me a bucket of fries They should listen more carefully to what the customer wants. The restaurant was also freezing cold 🥶

Never in my life have I had an encounter as I had at this restaurant! Definitely lack of competence on behalf of employees! Just wanted to place a simple order with coupon and it turned into a cluster of miscommunication! PS food was cold and not eatable! $45 later , shameful
