I ordered 2 for $12 just 15 mins before they close. The food was not fresh and not fresh and they didn’t have the right pieces to give. 100% garbage. Very shameful

Never in my life have I had an encounter as I had at this restaurant! Definitely lack of competence on behalf of employees! Just wanted to place a simple order with coupon and it turned into a cluster of miscommunication! PS food was cold and not eatable! $45 later , shameful

Shop Denied me Order and Forced me to Take Refund . I have already Escalated in Kfc Canada Social media Account and the funny part is that your store Associate told me Its Not Written CHICKEN in the Store receipt he was not sure what order it is and FORCED me to take refund . Unacceptable behaviour .

Place is filthy, windows are dirty...the cook they call her "mama", shouldnt be cooking, hot temper and cant do orders right... always get a dry bun here, cold fries....drink fountains filthy, fruit flies...place needs a health inspector...need the owner to step up...
