Fast and quick service
went through drive through, girl couldn't understand me, went in side, they could understand what i want, couldn't even get the change right, place was filthy dirty, got 1/2 a glass of soda. 3 piece meal was not worth $18. i will never darken the door there again.
Absolutely ridiculous, employees can’t understand what I’m saying because English is their third language. Stood at the counter for 27 minutes without being served. Disgrace
We ordered Big Crunch burgers and were pretty disappointed. The burgers weren’t fresh at all—the buns looked and tasted old, which really took away from the experience. The flavor was okay, but the quality just wasn’t there this time.

Iv been to this store many times now and everytime I go the people in there are terrible the food is put together poorly with no respect or anything I’d stay away from this store only reason I go is it’s the only taco bell in town but now I’m tired of it nothing but terrible customer service and terrible food that’s put together so carelessly it’s pathetic
I get a buck with 5 side usually, my experience there was good, with a very friendly young woman working at the cash, my order was a short wait. Only complaint I have, would be the size of the chicken now. But beside that it was very clean and friendly. ( January 25th 2025 )
workers barely understand english and dont give you the drink you asked for, also once my mom worked here and the sewage drain leaked and everyone was working and making food with human feces floating around their feet..so

My boyfriend and I went to the kfc/ Taco Bell in Sydney river. They messed up 4 orders before we even ordered. When we got our order they messed ours up as well. My boyfriend went to correct the order and asked for salt and pepper. The lady gave him one of each and when he asked for more she basically threw it over the counter at him. Also the tables weren’t cleaned and the floor was a mess.

Friendly staff, clean store for its age. Food hit and miss and i question if some of it is being made as it's supposed to be. (On the Taco bell half of the menu) Could stand to update their menu signs, but that's a franchise issue not a store owner issue.

Have had kfc a few times and my experience was usually the same. The order i had through the drive thru was long due to the wait times. The actual ordering was also long due to a language barrier kinda deal. The food was so greasy and oily the box it came in actually was dripping with the grease. The chicken smelt burnt like their oil in the cooker hasnt been changed in a while, the chicken looked liked as if i had to hang it up to drip dry from the fat used to cook it, and the service was slow. Will not be ordering or buying from their again.

I am giving three stars for food only because I am rating the Sydney River outlet. The Sydney outlet would get zero for the quality of food. The major concern is the attitude of staff who tend to wither under pressure. They cannot handle peak hours as they are showing the frustration in front of customers.

I wanted to see if KFC in Newfoundland was the only one serving smal pieces of chicken but apparently it's the same sizes anywhere you go. I had a 4 piece meal with fries and I could actually fit two chicken breast in the palm of my hand. The chicken is sooo small. So not worth the $14.00.
