This is, without a doubt, the worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had, followed by even worse customer service when I called to complain. I ordered a large regular triple triple, and somehow they still managed to mess it up — I was given a medium decaf triple triple instead. It’s coffee — how hard is that?
What’s more insulting is the pathetic excuse I got when I called in. Clearly, the staff here either don’t care or aren’t trained properly. Either way, this level of incompetence is disgraceful.
I’m blacklisting this location permanently. No more gift cards, no more chances. And that goes for my team too — no more gift cards from you guys for them either. Maybe if fewer people come here, the staff will stop being overwhelmed and start doing the bare minimum correctly — like making a cup of coffee. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this place.

I wish i could give all of this zero. There was a string of plastic in my mcflurry and when i went back to explain that to the employees they blamed it on me. Like what do you mean there is no way that I had that in my food because i just saw it lol.
