Worst experience in Drive thru. What's the purpose of drive thru if they are lazy to speak? A staff was rude too.👎🏼 Asked to get Junior chicken Burger. Staff named Himanshu argued that there's nothing like that in the menu. 👎🏼

Typical MacDonald’s. Good service and pleasant but just seems like it’s missing that friendly feeling. Clean. It’s like they have gone back to being institutional, instead of modern.

Order is never right....need to check the bag before leaving the windows....always something wrong or missing....ask for salt and ketchup they say sure no problem....it must be a problem because they do not like to hand it out

Ordered lunch at the Sydney River McDonald's in Cape Breton. Hubs ordered the new Auston Matthews smoky quarter poppy and I had the cheeseburger deluxe with no bun. I'm going to upload a photo of the burger I received which was basically a Happy meal Burger with a cold American cheese slice slapped on top of lettuce and a boatload of mayonnaise and one single pickle, oh and a tiny single slice of tomato. Extremely disappointing. The fries were cold and even though we asked for ketchup there was none in the bag. Do better.

Tough day today here. Indoor garbage overflowing and the men's bathroom taps barely work. The air blower doesn't function either and no paper towels.
