Went through drive at 5pm, guy at speaker, spot on, 👌. Get to pay ,easy, quick tap. No long line, moving quickly, get the final window, gets drinks and is asked to do the secondary window swett young, I say no problem. I 3 ordered meals, a double pounder with cheese combo, crispy chicken combo and six pac nuggets combo. At 520 pm and I counted 11 cars proceed to receive their orders, so I opened the window and asked if anyone remembered we where here, they sent a young kid to ask what is wrong. We'll then I knew they completely forgot us, and of course are food most likely was sitting in a bag for over 20 minutes I told them I wanted my money back. They they took their good sweet time to comeback,so hobked my horn. Sent another man that doesn't speak English to hand my money aggressively (didn't get an apology for the messup), and slams the window in my face. This what you have have hired?Never eating or supporting any of your locations on the island if how customers are treated.

Dont usually review mcdonalds but had to review this one cuz it was exceptional! Very clean all the way through and service with a smile. Food was hot and awesome. No complaints was a 10/10 experience!

Worst experience in Drive thru. What's the purpose of drive thru if they are lazy to speak? A staff was rude too.👎🏼 Asked to get Junior chicken Burger. Staff named Himanshu argued that there's nothing like that in the menu. 👎🏼

Order is never right....need to check the bag before leaving the windows....always something wrong or missing....ask for salt and ketchup they say sure no problem....it must be a problem because they do not like to hand it out
Ordered lunch at the Sydney River McDonald's in Cape Breton. Hubs ordered the new Auston Matthews smoky quarter poppy and I had the cheeseburger deluxe with no bun. I'm going to upload a photo of the burger I received which was basically a Happy meal Burger with a cold American cheese slice slapped on top of lettuce and a boatload of mayonnaise and one single pickle, oh and a tiny single slice of tomato. Extremely disappointing. The fries were cold and even though we asked for ketchup there was none in the bag. Do better.
