I am an associate of Walmart i went there on my half hour lunch break I ordered food when 20 minutes left in my break. My whole break is finished and yet the order was not ready.Worst ever service i have seen. I want to rate it zero stars but there’s no option for that. I told them for refund but they denied wasted 13bucks. Never recommend this to anyone.

My food here is often wrong, over cooked / undercooked. But today put me over my line. I got a junior chicken (see picture) a drop of mayo and little lettuce, then they charged me .59 which I had to use debit for for extra mayo even though I showed them the sandwich. Ridiculous

First m, I asked double hamburger without pickle but they still added pickle in it. Second, they took too long to make my food even people who ordered after me got their food before me. Third, they didn’t apply the discount I deserved. Overall very very poor service. I won’t recommend it to anyone

We went to this restaurant twice within two weeks to see if there was any change. Both times were not the busiest 2:30 pm and 7 pm. We watched staff put away tray from high chair without wiping it off. No tables washed off and floor littered with garbage. Second trip ketchup and pop stuck on table tops, garbage littered beneath many tables, ketchup and pop dried up on the condiment section. Kitchen door was left open and we could see fries laying on the floor. Great environment to pass Covid or any other type of infection. Staff were standing around and when they seen me taking pictures they finally came out to clean garbage off table and sweeping garbage off the floors. Too bad no one working in this particular establishment cares about cleanliness specially where Covid is strong in Cape Breton.

Always super super slow that a fast food resturant chain should never. My personal experince wether i m ordering food or i am picking for delivery you have to be prepare your mindset u not getting food for minimum 15 minutes atleast and thats minimum and goes up to 20-30 minutes.
