I love all of their sandwiches and never had a problem. However I ordered a butter chicken poutine through Door dash and it was the worst poutine I've had. Barely any chicken, barely any sauce, it was mostly dry and tasted nothing like butter chicken. There was also barely any cheese and I had to dig for it. 26 dollar for a sad poutine, not impressed.

Bit of a gamble as to what you will get. Order the same exact item on different days and it's always a different burger you'll get. Very strange. Hit or miss - sometimes great and sometimes so/

This was my first time trying meltwich and I was excited. I ordered from DoorDash. I got a classic grilled cheese and Mac and cheese. When it arrived the grilled cheese was half a sandwich almost like a child portion. The Mac and cheese was in a little styrofoam cup. For the money I paid this was a rip off. The grilled cheese wasn’t anything special. It was actually a little overcooked. The Mac and cheese was good. Portion was tiny. Disappointed from meltwich.

In a couple instances tried their cheese steak sandwich and I was not disappointed. The sandwich was a little pricey but the product was fresh and worth a try if you enjoy this kind of sandwich..

Nashville poutine is a 10/10. Staff is lovely too.

The burger was good, but our grilled cheese was not. Bacon wasn’t cooked, cheese wasn’t melted when served and not a great cheese to bread ratio. Also was $30 for a burger, grilled cheese, and a pop.

Love that they have a vegan/ plant based menu! I tried their vegan poutine and a vegan grilled cheese sandwich. I was particularly impressed by the meltiness and taste of the cheese in the sandwich. They also had vegan chicken tenders and the impossible burger on the menu, and several other options. My husband said the (non-vegan) chicken grilled cheese he got was the best grilled cheese he's ever had!Service was friendly and efficient. Glad we stopped by on our vacation =)

The food was very fresh and so tasty. I really liked that I was given a list of toppings to choose from for my burger. The portion sizes are great. The staff was friendly and kept the dining area clean.

The best poutine on Cape Breton Island. The food and service is always great, albeit a little pricey but worth it.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian gravy is delicious.
