I went in and even though I was the only person in there with 3 workers, I waited about 5 min before anyone even acknowledged me. I pressed 0% for tip because I'm tired of tipping and getting crap service. The charge seemed high though, $24 for a regular ceasar chicken pita and pop. I asked for the receipt, somehow I was charged $4 for tip. They then proceeded to try to make the smallest most pathetic pita i have ever seen, on the wrong bread. A dozen pieces of lettuce, 3 cucumber slices type thing. Rolled up it would have been the size of a hotdog. I had to ask them to please put more. The worker then looked at the grill and said 'chicken with no veggies' I said there should be mushrooms. They said ' there should be mushrooms?' i answered yes. He looked at the grill, shrugged, and still did not add mushrooms. Worse pita pit experience ever. Where i lived before I would go like once a week. I will never go to this pita pit ever again. Scammers indeed

We ordered online and they were finishing making it when we arrived. We ordered a salad, a gyro, halloumi sticks, and ham and cheese twists. It was all very good! The portions were generously sized, the food was hot, and the employees were very courteous. I would encourage everyone to eat here.

Here's the thing. I'm giving a 4 star rating for food because it was good but 20 dollars for a pita, drink, and cookie is insanity. But the 1 star comes from the fact the employees are scammers. Why? Because they set the debit machine to always charge 20 percent. Despite the fact that the first time I went there I thought I chose 10%. It came out to 20%. I thought that was strange. The second time I went there I chose a 0% tip. But the amount I paid was 24 dollars. The employees didn't give my receipt because they knew what they just did. I asked for it and they gave it to me. Clear as day, it said I gave them a 20% tip. Don't go there! They're scammers.

They never follow directions to fry veggies when I order. I even called them when I placed my order, asking them to fry the veggies, and guess what? Not fried. Do better

I was visiting from Ontario where pita pit is like my second home for quality food. However this store is quite dirty. And the pitas seemed much smaller than normal. In light of covid it would have been a great time to give the place a good deep clean. Windows were filthy and the chairs were ripped and the tables were dirty as well with stains. The outside door was absolutely gross where I didn't even want to touch it.

Ordered a salad that was almost $13 and got this drenched bowl with hardly any lettuce in it. This was AFTER I removed 2 tbls of ranch off of it and it was still dripping in it after mixing. I ate the chicken because that was $3 to add in and tossed the rest. Inedible.
The only pita shop near Sydney. They have a variety of pita with different fillings.

So it's been a while since I ordered from here , because my pita was usually missing ingredients, and was the size of a glorified hotdog , and once again I order 2 pitas and once again , half my veggies aren't on it and when I look closely I can see some lettuce. I even looked at the slip with the ingredients..yep half aren't there 15.50 for a pita the size of a hotdog . I'm just hoping I don't try again in another 6 months
