Today, on 25th August, my husband, my daughter, and I went to Special Pizza Pizza in North Sydney to get pizza. We asked the order taker to add oregano seasoning, but when we came home and opened the box, the pizza was overloaded with chili and red chili flakes, as can be seen in the pictures.
When we called to ask about it, they said that oregano (the green salty seasoning) and chili flakes are the same thing?? I am really disappointed. We spent money, and because it was raining, we didn’t want to go back, but literally right now at 12:30 am, our stomach ache is so bad that I couldn’t stop myself from writing this review.
I am very disappointed. I wish I had received what I actually asked for, what I was expecting.

Order medium pizza with garlic dip went home opened pizza received creamy dil instead of creamy garlic, not a big deal but still pizza would have wasted even better with garlic dip so went to store yesterday so order the same meal and told the guy at the counter and this happened before pls make sure this time l receive garlic. The other guy said ok l mean not even sorry or any emotion wth l am not looking for compensation or any refund but a sorry would be nice need to learn manners

We were trying to decide where to eat dinner tonight and decided to give Pizza Pizza a try. It was our first time eating there and let me say, they didn't disappoint us. We could tell that the owner and kitchen staff work real hard to deliver a pizza that is delicious, with fresh toppings, the crust is cooked perfectly, and the sauce is the perfect amount. The entire staff are very friendly, as we felt welcome the minute we walked in. We weren't rushed to order, we were given time to decide without any pressure. Although the kitchen was busy we did get our food in a timely manner. Super delicious food, super staff, and we were just impressed with the whole experience. We will continue to eat there, it is our new place to eat when we get hungry for pizza, which is a lot 🙂 and no where else will do. One more thing the prices are very reasonable, we paid under $20 for a large pizza with 3 toppings and three cans of pop.I hope anyone reading this review will take that first step and give Pizza Pizza a try you will be happy you did!

My husband and I have had quite a few pizzas from this takeaway restaurant and every single one has been spot-on. They're good at catering for my allergy, which is very much appreciated! We used to use a third-party app for ordering and delivery but it's cheaper to use the dedicated Pizza Pizza app or website. The pizzas are always fresh, hot, tasty, and the toppings are nicely spread over. The staff is always friendly and pleasant, and the place is clean.
