My friends from away (Toronto)were able to contact them and place orders of food (cooked/frozen) to be delivered. The food was for when we were grieving during the death of our mother. I have not tried the food myself but it had a very large selection of home cooked meals, you can get them hot to go out cold to hear up later. The staff here are super friendly, would definitely recommend.
