The staff is not friendly at all, they don’t even understand what someone is ordering. I visited with my friends and they remade the order wrong all three times after telling thats not what we ordered.
Staff has no sense of customer service, I don’t know why they are working here. First they took the wrong order, then they made the wrong drink and later when we asked to change the person started arguing.
Very bad experience!

I have ordered this early morning. The staff is very distasteful, she didn’t greet or even talk politely with me. Perhaps I came so early and she was in the midle of preparing for the store, but that attitude is not acceptable.
The manager is cruel and heartless.
I ordered a grade size Ice Americano and I got a hot one. Instead of remaking it, they just poured half into a new cup and dumped in ice—leaving me with a weak, watered-down mess. Not the quality I expect from Starbucks.
It is one of the best coffee shops which i have been visited The menu offers a delightful range of fresh, locally sourced options, and the dishes are beautifully presented. I started with the roasted beet salad, which was bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced. For the main course, I opted for the pan-seared salmon, which was cooked to perfection – tender, flaky, and accompanied by a delicious dill sauce. Every bite was a reminder of how thoughtfully crafted the dishes are.
The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and happy to offer recommendations. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they accommodated dietary preferences, making the experience feel personalized.
Lastly, the dessert – a chocolate mousse paired with raspberry coulis – was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. I highly recommend The Green Table to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

To be honest I never leave bad reviews especially bc I know what it’s like to work in the service industry. However, I have had now TWO unpleasant experiences at this Starbucks.
I have bought the same drink about 3 times before this happened so I know how it’s supposed to taste. The caffe mocha is supposed to taste like coffee and chocolate however the coffee was so weak it tasted like a hot chocolate the last time I bought it yesterday. I have bought it before as I said so I know how it is supposed to taste and so we brought it back. Starbucks is supposed to let you keep the drink if they mess up. They kind of blamed us. Dumped it down the sink and made the exact same thing it was just as bad we gave up after that. The visit before I waited 10 minutes for a cranberry bliss bar and didn’t want to bother them so my boyfriend had to ask what happened to it. Really bad service and last night there was no line and no line in the drive through either so there was no excuse for that coffee mistake. Sad it’s the only Starbucks id go to a different one if there were more in Sydney.
Way overpriced. You pay more for 2 drinks than you do for a meal at most places
