I was in to order my veggie sub but the girl on sandwiches didn’t changes her gloves. She added meat for the customers prior to mw and used the same gloves all over in veggies. It was a clear contamination, had to leave. Staff need to be self aware about food safety

Ordered 2 subs last night. Pretty sure they fired all the toppings out of a food cannon. Half the sub didn't have meat on it or if it did it was un noticeable. You would think with how expensive subway is you would get decent food. New look same crappy food

Staff is kept talking, preparation and packing with broken hands, roughly packed, i asked 3 to 4 times for extra grilled don't even pay attention, kept talking about money and future, doesn't pay attention on customers need and proper service. I am disgusted by their cheap service and poor packaging. Very disappointed. Zero cleanliness, zero attention to guests.

The cost of a sub sandwich is very high, and the quality of the ingredients is quite low. The texture of the deli meat is very mushy, which is not appetizing. The amount of meat on the sandwiches has also reduced to the point where you need to get double meat just to be able to taste it, and this also costs more. The staff are kind and helpful. The store has been recently renovated, and the decor is comfortable and welcoming.

Shameful to see a newly renovated restaurant not be handicap accessible.

I seen two older gentlemen struggle to enter and leave the establishment.

No handicap button to open doors, no tables handicap accessible and a steep sloped ramp from the door to the parking lot.

I am disappointed in the length of time the place has been closed.. They need to step up being the only subway in our area and students and folks on lunch can not grab a more healthy alternative . Not a great look subway kings road…You are loosing alot

Poor Management Experience at Subway Sydney River

I was disappointed with my recent visit to the Subway location at Sydney River. The manager on duty displayed unprofessional behavior that negatively impacted my experience. When I approached the counter, the manager was rude and dismissive, making no effort to address my concerns about my order.

No stars. 2 workers making subs at counter. Wife and i nwalk in. We're the only people there. Took about 30 seconds to decide what we want as we were getting our usual. From the Staff:No greeting, no 'one moment' completely ignored. We waited for about 5 minutes and left without being served.

With the menu changes lately i have to reduce to a 4 star, i find myself ordering different but new styles of subs from the menu as my regular go to has been phased out. Like roast beef!....Or Dark forest Ham!...Not available!
