I normally don’t write negative feedback after a first bad experience, but today’s visit made me do it. I am also involved in the food business, so I understand how important customer service is and how negative reviews affect a business. We often go to this Grand Lake location and never had issues before, but today the service and preparation were very poor. The girl making our sub and wrap seemed new and didn’t know how to place the toppings properly everything was falling out, and the wrap wasn’t even closed, it was loosely wrapped. When another staff member named Karan responded in a rude and arrogant way, saying this is what happens when you ask for more toppings. That felt like being punished for simply asking for extra lettuce. We were starving so we didn’t argue, but we regretted accepting the food. Zero customer service. I hope the owner reads this and trains the staff properly.

What happened to this location??? Very poorly managed now...
Out of whole wheat sub buns, out of black olives (OR staff member was to lazy to look for more --> likely !!!) lettuce was brown/soggy and the tomatoes were nothing but a mushy/gooey mess.
HEALTH INSPECTORS SHOULD VISIT THIS FRANCHISE LOCATION UNANNOUNCED !
Staff were not friendly either....rude !
We will not return to Subway...what a terrible location !!! Shame !!!

I went to this subway multiple times!!! Each time I see a man in the front and when it’s time to place my order, he hides, I’ll be in drive through waiting.. when I finally leave, then he decides to come out!! He did this just tonight and I’m so done with this place.. best advice. Don’t order from here and save ur self the trouble. Rude lazy workers.
Don’t think these rats were on the menu the whole video is on Cape Breton confessions 3 on Facebook absolutely disgusting rats running around in an open restaurant can only imagine what they are doing when it’s closed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Went to subway for first time in years only because we wanted the happy gilmore cups combo to get meal on day of happy gilmore coming out. We looked forward to it. They didnt even have cups on the day the film came out. Management must be incompetent. Then the person making the sub was some young indian girl that didnt even know what she was doing. After drenching first sub in mayo when i told her just one line, she did the same thing again, like 5 squirts of lines. Lettuce was stacked on one side and none on another side. Kept havibg to repeat my toppings over and over as she would quickly forget each time. The bun and meats and toppings looked crap. The line up and wait took so long. Then i go to check out and they say theres no happy gilmore cups so i didnt get combo, and charge me $30 just for these two crappy subs with no drink no side that three years ago would be like $20-25 with drinks and sides. A foot long blt sub with drink and chips used to cost $10-12. Now just the sub alone is $15! And its worse quality!! I stopped going there cuz i can make better sandwiches and its low quality, and that was years ago. Wish i never came back. Waste of my time and money. They advertised the happy gilmore combo so to run out of cups on day of movie premiere on a friday is beyond bad business common sense. Only reason ppl came were drawn in by the ads for happy gilmore. I will never go to a subway ever again. Save your time and money--and anger.

Wish I read reviews for this subway before going. Shouldn't have to. Its a subway. The lazy dude should not be doing people's subs. Only time I ever felt like telling them to remake the crap. Junk

Me and the girlfriend ordered online through the app but accidentally ordered at this location. We meant to order at the new waterford location. We were told at the new waterford location that if we called this store we'd get could get refunded but we could not because it was already made. We drove back to Sydney for food ordered 40 minutes ago.

The service was terrible, and the staff were arrogant. They were unprofessional, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t want to assist. On top of that, I was given an eye roll. The whole experience was awful.
There was a girl in the front(Tuesday 2:00pm)and i asked for the bogo(buy one get one)deal in the app and she said our app is not working we can’t make your order, so why there is a bogo deal if we can’t get it and that was totally rude. Moreover, she was not apologising for inconvenience but arguing with us. Bad experience

Service was horrible spoke to keshav no supervisor or manager on duty. Placed order on app and their app was terrible and stating nothing they can do charged me twice. Just worstever.
