Me and the girlfriend ordered online through the app but accidentally ordered at this location. We meant to order at the new waterford location. We were told at the new waterford location that if we called this store we'd get could get refunded but we could not because it was already made. We drove back to Sydney for food ordered 40 minutes ago.
MICE! be wary of the mice in this subway someone please come get their friend or call pest control please for the love of god
The service was terrible, and the staff were arrogant. They were unprofessional, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t want to assist. On top of that, I was given an eye roll. The whole experience was awful.
There was a girl in the front(Tuesday 2:00pm)and i asked for the bogo(buy one get one)deal in the app and she said our app is not working we can’t make your order, so why there is a bogo deal if we can’t get it and that was totally rude. Moreover, she was not apologising for inconvenience but arguing with us. Bad experience

Good things that restroom was cleaned. But subway from this location is not good as it was before when I was served by staff member Mamta for few times. Few days ago, I ordered online sub which was missing veggies, less quantity even you mention more. I don’t understand why they have options for quantity if they don't wanna follow. Today, I ordered Shwarma sub which was just salt even we don't add more salt on it, it was really salty not worth it. Had to remove chicken it order to make it edible with veggies only. I recommend please try to serve good food. Customer service below zero.

The guy that works the night shift is super lazy I watch several cars leave tonight without getting their order. I waited 10 minutes in the lineup asking Is there anybody there the guy inside did not answer Why have a button then? There's footage of me and other people leaving. Because the guy doesn't want to work, you know? Takes more than just getting a job, you have to do it. I think Subway should be looking into this manner very seriously.
Place used to be good, Last few times we got subs they were getting worse and worse. Hubby's cold cut sub was missing meat the last time, Have to go to a different one.

Having recently moved to sydney I have been spending a lot of time in subway while I'm getting acquainted with sydney. In addition I've almost exclusively only been dining at subway because I like the food and made friends with some of the staff. This being said one member of the staff thought me being in a seat for a few hours every few days was too much even though I did bring my business and my families business with me.
I don't understand how a resturant can want a pleasant atmosphere and tell it's happy customers to leave. I was not impeding business and the resturant was never full.
Upon asking why he was so adamant I leave his response was other people would like to sit there. Not to mention the 4 individuals on this very day who were also taking a space and weren't spoken to. They hail from a different country so he probably thought I was an easier target.
Vegetarian options: It has many veggies.

Bogus services
I order online 30 minutes ago
One veggie delight and two tandoori spiced mozza 3 footlongs and they messed up the order i didn't liked it at all
Sauces and little as none
They put it in wrong bread
Some sauces are missing.
Now they are closing and they are saying that we exchange it tomorrow so what we gonna eat it now.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Subway location. Tonight, I called ahead at 11:20 PM to confirm that they were still open and to let them know I was coming to place an order. Despite their closing time being midnight, when I arrived, the doors were locked. I could see an employee inside, cleaning the makeline, but he chose to completely ignore me even though he was well aware I was coming.
I tried knocking and even called again, but he just continued with his tasks without acknowledging my presence. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If the store hours say they are open until midnight, then they should serve customers until then, not lock the doors early and ignore people who are trying to place an order.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management takes note and ensures that such incidents do not happen in the future.
