I have been going to this restaurant for years and I have always been satisfied with a fresh sub for lunch. Great staff and service 100% of the time. I did have a small problem at another location in Sydney and casually mentioned it to the kind lady who makes my sub every day. She turned out to be the area manager (I'm not surprised because of her amazing personality) and she was interested in knowing what happened at the other location. I explained to her what took place at the other location and I was more concerned that the employee at the other location was going to get in trouble. She assured me that would not happen and that she would take care of it personally and just coach the other employee. She looked after me and thanked me over and over for my business and input. What an asset to Subway this lady is and I hope the franchise owner knows it but I bet they do. Subway on Charlotte rocks!

One of the better subways I have been to. I believe the lady who is usually there in the morning owns the franchise. She’s extremely pleasant and puts effort into your sub. It’s evident that she cares about her customer’s experience. Good stuff. I will be going back.

Service at this location is quite abysmal, and may be partially due to finding good staff but still, it's hands down the worst fast food service in the downtown Sydney area. A few things - I excused them 1 week when the veggies were freezing in their refrigerated table, but a few weeks later went back and tried again. Still frozen... not fixed. If anyone has had lettuce that's been frozen, you know it's brown and soggy. Tomatoes too get very mushy.The staff don't seem to know the menu very well, and I looked at my receipt after ordering a dozen cookies and was charged 3 cookies x 4 for almost double the cost of 1 dozen cookies.Gave it 2 solid tries, but incompetent staff, sub par ingredients, is a poor rating and a no repeat from me. I like subway, i dont like this subway.

Gotta be the worst subway in the world at this point... 25 minutes to make me a meatball sub with one person ahead of me in line. Ridiculous service here and no organization at all

I took a dine-in in subway, and ordered for a 9.50$ at Charlotte Street and the food is cold and so untasty and will have to wait so longer and staff also not supportive.

Today I ordered online 3 chicken teriyaki (403 charlottes st) and when I went to pick up my order there was a young man behind the counter... I get my order and come back to my place but when I take the first bite from that sub there is no chicken in it. I took another and so on. I had half of my subway and I didn't find any piece of chicken. I thought might be they put a veggie subway by mistake...I checked the second subway there is only three-piece of chicken in it.I went back to the subway and complaint about this firstly that young guy trying to escape from this but after that, he gave me the reason that THEY RAN OUT OF CHICKEN. If you guys don't have stuff then you should not take the orders or you should inform your customer that you don't have stuff. You have no right to waste one's time.
