There's a lady who works here who serves me most often when I'm here. She's so pleasant and friendly. She works fast to get customers through the lines. It's great because we're not waiting forever. Makes for a good experience.
I have been going to this restaurant for years and I have always been satisfied with a fresh sub for lunch. Great staff and service 100% of the time. I did have a small problem at another location in Sydney and casually mentioned it to the kind lady who makes my sub every day. She turned out to be the area manager (I'm not surprised because of her amazing personality) and she was interested in knowing what happened at the other location.
