Very dirty. Asked for them to change the fountain pop it took me a half hour wait so my food was stone cold. Got a supreme beef crunch wrap there was no meat on it when we took back they said there only aloud to put 1 spoonful of beef on it. Save your money and go somewhere else place is a dump.

I asked for a Crunchwrap supreme combo, with no sour cream or tomato. Both were on the wrap. I also ordered a baja blast and it was th most watered down drink I ever had

The service was terrible. The person behind the counter couldn’t answer simple questions. I wanted supreme fries and I looked at the picture of them and the picture clearly says nacho fries so I asked for nacho fries. When I got my fries they were wrong. I told them I wanted supreme fries and thought they changed the same and pointed out the sign. They would not give me the correct fries and the overall experience was awful. By the way this is coming from a 13 year old.

I got the 2 crunchy taco combo the only two problems i had is that there was barley any meat more lettuce then anything the fries were better & employee taking my order was nice, the building was really dirty with drinks spilled on the floor & on tables I dont think ill come back here

Baja Blast was soda water, tacos were paper thin, no forks or napkins. Crunch wrap barely put together, with a tiny amount of sour cream, store out of nacho cheese, so none on the wrap, but was told I'd be charged if I wanted more sour cream. Didn't i pay for the nacho cheese???? I love Taco Bell, but this is NOT a good representation of it.

Went in while I had 25 min before my next client, I go up to cashier and ask for 2 #9's just the burrito please. This somehow discombobulated the cashier so bad that she spent the next 15 minutes going through every menu on the screen till eventually calling someone over who put the order in within 20 seconds. Idk if it was her first shift or what but oh my God I've ever spent so long waiting for my order to be put in the system. Just barely made it to my client on time bc the cashier refused to get help for so long. Food wasn't even worth the wait.

Worst Experience ever..I would Suggest everyone who’s going there..Go there on your own ‘RISK’.We Ordered Chicken Taco and One Supreme Cruchwrap with No Tomatoes…It was a meal and Fries was Cold, Even Crunwrap was with Tomatoes and When My girlfriend ask them to change it they have no clue, other than that they were looking at us..As if We’ve done something wrong. Chicken Tacos had barely anything with it..Sorry to say..Very bad service and food. Dont go there.I would Suggest you to go to some other restaurant but Not Taco bell, Sydney River. Pissed Off Right Now I’ve spend 40$ for the worst food. Please be respectful to this post…because I dont want anyone to spend their money on such a crap food…Better to go somewhere else. Thanks

Easily the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. We ordered all vegetarian, but the packaging said beef — no way to tell if it was just mislabeled or actually had meat. They gave us a soft taco instead of the crunchy one we ordered, and the food was bland and completely flavorless. Flies were all over the place, and somehow they even tossed in an extra random item we didn’t order. When we raised the issues, the owner was in denial — no apology, no accountability. On top of this issue, we asked to talk to the managers multiple times and each time it was a different person each time. One of the “managers” told us there was an item on the menu that was incorrect. If you care about your order, your health, basic decency, or even religious beliefs, avoid this place at all costs.

Asked for unseasoned frys, and they were saying theres seasoning on them. The ones in Sydney and New Waterford do it correctly there just to lazy

A few years ago this place was great but something changed and the food is terrible, the customer service is just as bad and it's unwelcoming. Sucks this is the only one on the entire island.

The worst Taco bell i have ever had, Lettuce was translucent and wilted. All tasted off like it was super old. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want to get ill. 38 bucks for garbage

I order one thing and always get something else.not sure what language they speak.this is second time I order boneless chicken,and get both bones and broken pieces.i do drive thru,so I'm half way home when I find out.im so done with kfc in nova scotia.my guess is,won't be here much longer.
