I order one thing and always get something else.not sure what language they speak.this is second time I order boneless chicken,and get both bones and broken pieces.i do drive thru,so I'm half way home when I find out.im so done with kfc in nova scotia.my guess is,won't be here much longer.

Staff has a mild language barrier and cashiers typically seem to be a bit inexperienced, but that'll smooth out over time a little. Good people.
Front door seems to be vacuum sealed. (Out of building pressure is higher than inside for some reason, making it very hard to open the front door sometimes, this has been a problem since the 90's)

Went through drive thru in the evening people were nice but order was completely wrong only one thing I asked for was in the bag and after they read my order off to me correctly it almost seemed deliberate nobody else was in the drive thru will never go back and would advise people to avoid this place like it’s herpes

So I often get food here and not normally do I have such issues but tonight was absolutely atrocious! The gentleman working the drive through would not listen to anything I ordered. Items I asked for were not put onto the order and the items that did end up on the order weren’t correct (other then one piece of my order) the gentleman was not only rude but refused to repeat himself to ensure my order was correct and then practically threw the food out the window. My nachos spilled all into the bag because of it.

I don't normally write reviews and it's a taco bell/kfc so you usually expect it not to be "perfect" but this is by far the worst taco bell/kfc I have ever ordered from, and im from Toronto and have been to countless of them.They don't put people on the drive-through that can speak english or communicate properly and that's nothing against indians but like I said even in multicultural Toronto they have the common sense to put someone on drive-through that can speak and understand English. This lady was so annoying once I literally just said ok nah and drove away lol.I feel bad for the cape bretoners that have only this taco bell location to choose from. The food is only good half the time and one time they served my tacos with rotten lettuce. When you pay for something and end up throwing it away it's sad for sure.

This is by far the worst KFC Taco Bell I have ever been to. The service was terrible, from the cashier interrupting me while I was speaking to ask if I was done, to having to wait over 20 mins to get the food while the worker packed every order and then chatted to co-workers, then fumbled for a bag for my order...which was meant to be dine in. Once we had the food & opened everything we were greeted with the saddest looking Fries Supreme ever, basically no toppings, and everything was pretty much barely room temp & soggy. The pop station was disgusting, and the dining room itself was filthy. The restaurant was not busy when we were there, so don't know if it's just a lack of staff, or the staff doesn't care, either way I wouldn't be shocked if people got sick after eating there it was that gross.
