Will probably need to try a few more menu items to get a better overall idea here, but for now, it's not quite what i expected. Not bad, but a little saucier and sweeter than i tend to expect from past experiences with thai food(steaming bean sprouts and not leaving them in a bin goes a long way for texture). Again, it isn't bad, not by any stretch, but perhaps just a little expensive by a couple dollars for what you get. Staff are certainly friendly enough. Had to get...

This was my first time trying Thai food in Sydney, and I couldn’t have chosen a better spot than Thai Express! I tried the Pad Thai. The Pad Thai had that perfect balance of flavors with just the right hint of sweetness and tang - with fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, making it an all-around great experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had Thai Express once before and it wasn't even close to being as salty as the pad thai I had. I actually had to 'wash' some of the noodles in water to eat even half of it because it was burning my throat from the salt. The 3 star was because this isn't a TE issue, and will try it again at a different location.
