I really do not like the customer service . They do not know how to talk to the customers and just started arguing for little little things. So many times i order triple triple or double double usually its cold. I really do not like their behaviour towards their customer.

Staff in this tim Hortons is so rude. I ordered classic lemonade but one lady who took my order gave me frozen lemonade. And I said I ordered classic lemonade and she started arguing with me this is the only lemonade we have. Also, I have experience of Tim hortons I know difference between classic and frozen lemonade.

Bought two items , roast beef craveable and bacon breakfast wrap. The beef was just cold and it wasnt even grilled. The bacon wrap had no sauce just plain dry with cheese , bacon and egg. It is one of the busiest food chains in CBU and they cant even give the correct menu.
