Refused a toddler of a paying customer access to the bathroom. Absolutely unbelievable and the staff were very rude about it.

And to be clear, I was informed by the clerk in the ajoining Needs store and he said that they do have a bathroom that used to be open to the public, but since covid has refused to reopen it.

Truly impressed by the level of customer service here. I bought a drink, and when I politely asked to use the washroom, I was told “there is no washroom.” Fascinating — a full-size Tim Hortons that apparently operates without basic human facilities. Either this location is exempt from national standards, or someone simply couldn’t be bothered. I’d recommend this store to anyone who enjoys being lied to after spending their money. Well done.
