I m grateful to all the staff members of this tim hortions for providing us best service. During our work time our first stop is this tim hortions from where we all drivers buy our coffees & breakfast items. Because of daily customers some of the employees specially Kim, Tom, Taylor, Allena & Simran they know us and the respect and service given by them make the inside environment friendly..

Tried a cilantro veggie wrap and it was the worst wrap I have ever tried. The coffee I bought was extremely sweet. I couldn’t finish any of those. Staff wasn’t paying attention while taking the order and the result was obvious. Worst in taste.

I made a quick stop at this store that I normally do not frequent. Staff was pleasant, service great. The store however was not as clean as it could be. Dingey comes to mind. The bathroom needed a lot of attention

It's hard to understand what you're ordering because of the language barrier

Not trying to be rude since I work in same food industry. I ordered 2 bf wraps and I find sauce in the wrap literally after eating 60% of wrap. I went and informed same then the CSR literally opened eaten wrap and showing me sauce and then trying to return me the same. I am not going to eat same wrap which is half eaten then you did postmortem touching with your hands. You could simply said sorry sir, we can give you new wrap or extra sauce in first place then I would have gone saying it’s okay. My intention is to just letting you know that all sauce is at one corner of wrap and very less but with your poor customer service you made my experience worst.

The overall impression is actually always good.
I usually take black tea and am amused when I'm asked what it is. Erll is then understood.
What surprises me is that the sugar is sometimes at the counter and can often only be obtained by asking.
The facility is sometimes older, sometimes younger. However, I can't complain.

went for coffee and donuts for the office, which was great. just a suggestion but you should make more plain donuts they seem to be very popular as you are always out before afternoon. also grabbed myself a Turkey Bacon club and it was awesome the bun was so fresh. I recommend the tea, regular and white hot chocolate, chocolate chip muffins, fruit explosion Muffin, apple fritter, boston cream and it if you wantb little sweet and lots of flavor try the blueberry donut.suggestion would love to see the Blueberry fritter come out for a bit.

This Tim’s is always a terrible experience and I avoid using it, however, this last experience was the worst. I’ll sum it up quickly - I ordered a chipotle steak wrap, and a chicken bacon wrap with chipotle, 2 bagels and 2 drinks. I specified that the wrap could not have ranch as my wife is allergic. It was rang through properly on the screen. Get to the window, both of my drinks were wrong. Tried to send me away without my food. Then I waited literally 26 minutes at the window for my food, they forgot a bagel and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes. After that, we opened the packaging for the wraps to find my wife’s wrap smothered in ranch, including all over the packaging giving her a reaction. On top of that, my wrap was made totally incorrectly with hardly any steak or sauce, and missing all of the veggies that are supposed to be on it. It was also torn so it just fell apart. 34 minutes in total, 40$ and a hospital visit later because of the incompetence of management at this facility. I have half a mind to get a lawyer due to the reaction.

Would give zero if possible, super rude staff to my child, they laughed at my 7 year old son, and teased him.

And this is the one down by Burger King and this window been smashed over 2 years and it never been fixed plus they will not serve a handicap person with a wheelchair inside Tim Hortons or a motorized scooter you cannot even plug it inside no more if your batteries go dead in it plus they took the handle off of the door towards Burger King and they shut the main handicap button off and that is Helen her name is but she will serve the four wheelers what do not have license plates and they don't even have Windows in dirt bikes and they don't have no license plates on them but if I go through there with my motorized scooter she will not even serve me on it
