Discusting. Will never use again. 3rd time food is garbage breakfast wrap half cooked small egg could hardly see sausage. Wouldn't have feed to my dog. Last visit hot choc was water only...nothing like hot choc. Had to go to. Next tims to replace. Done with Tims

Worst Tim Hortons. Today l placed a mobile order and even thought it was mobile, l still have to go through long line to get my order. Like really then what’s the meaning of mobile order? Secondly once l reached at the counter the elderly lady who is apparently the manager said that she did not receive any order and was so rude to me. She has no sense of speaking to customers, very very rude. I will suggest others not to go to this Tim Hortons.

Nothing really stood out. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Kind staff. The absurd diversification of the menu in frankly baffling directions has done nothing good for wait times. This is not a fault of the staff so much as a problem with the executives.

I love the service at this location! My order is always correct and I adore the little lady that gives me my order …. I don’t know her name ( I will be sure to ask her today) she always refers to everyone as “buddy” endearingly. She is so pleasant and happy! My only critique is I want my lemon poppyseed muffins back, please make them a regular item on your menu without the filling! They are the best I’ve ever had.
