another horrible experience at this location. I go there every day on lunch break for coffee. today I had a tea instead of coffee, yesterday I got cream instead of milk. on average 2 to 3 times a week my coffee is wrong. no compensation for constantly getting wrong orders. not worth my time to drive back to the tims to get my right order. some sad you have to make 2 trips to a coffee shop to try and get the right order. switching to macdonalds coffee after yet another wrong order.

My cravables roast beef were delicious, but when I ordered my lg dark roast coffee I was disappointed ? ( I didn't check or tasted it till I got home. It was too ? hot) my coffee tasted like lg cuo of creamer no taste of dark roast coffee. Even though I order a black dark roast coffee plain NO Creamer. First time they messed up my coffee. ☹️
It's very disappointing that it seems like every time we come here they have barely any food left. Today for instance it's like supper time and they have literally no soup and 1 tea biscuit left. They will be open for several more hours and probably lose a lot of business. Most of the staff is quite nice though.

Rude supervisor or manager, he seems international student. In the evening, around 830 pm, on September 14 2023, i visited there, I got my order, but unfortunately, it was not properly made. He said we serve like this, not our fault, and very loud, as one girl there said we will make you another one, but he said you will get the same thing again. He was even bossy on one of the girl ( working behind the counter), said to her, "Go mop the floor why you are standing near us."Hope he gets some more training on how to treat customers and also gets some good behavior.
