I parked here last Friday for one hour and returned to find a boot on my car. The men working for the towing company demanded $285 in cash or e-transfer or threatened to tow my car and charge me $1,000, which is outrageous. As a young female student new to the city, this situation was overwhelming and frightening. I had no idea parking here would result in being forced to pay such unreasonable fees, and I had to scramble to get the money while negotiating for more time so my car wouldn’t be towed. The entire experience felt predatory and extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons, and I’ve made sure others are aware of the sleazy practices happening here.

My younger brother (13) and I went to get some drinks, he went to the bathroom and there was no locks on the stalls,big problem, there was an old man that opened his stall with his privates out and starting taking to him being really creepy, there is a REASON stalls have locks of that was a 4 year old who knows what would happen .

Everything went smoothly, and the service was both efficient and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the employees’ patience and willingness to assist.
