Extremely busy when cruise ships are in port, even though the branch is just outside the city center. But very efficient processing. Endless selection of savory and sweet dishes, good coffee. Prices are very acceptable!

A simple question... The new Chocolate Hazelnut cold beverage....is it just a mix of Water and coffee flavour??? Sorry, but not a coffee drinker. We ordered this new item along with flatbread...the drink tasted like plain water in ice with a tiny tinge of bitterness of coffee. Neither cud I feel milk, nor chocolate nor Nutella... Though the photo showed in big size a Nutella bottle.. as I wasn't sure if this was how it was supposed to taste, I walked off with the glass and it's still left in the fridge - not feeling to throw away money. Flatbreads were also not as tasty as before. This didn't have much sauce Nd around the edges, it was just hard bread. Think, this branch needs to take more care into food preparation.
Note: if the drink I ordered is supposed to taste this way - then apologies. Do let me know. I can delete this comment.

Jason and Joe are the only people here that do their job properly, there are so many ignorant people working here, and everyone’s orders are wrong every single day, then they charge you double and refuse to give you the receipt from the first time you ordered.
Quick food, typical coffee shop fare. It was very busy and the dining area needed to be cleaned. If you need the washroom, you need a staff member to let you in due to the homeless population and drug users in the area.

I just had a iced coffee from the dine in section there. The staffs were very rude and it took more than 10 minutes to get an iced coffee and when I told about that a girl talked back to me. I felt terrible. Worst service that I had in my whole life. Good job.
