Every since they filled this place with foreigners I never had a correct order yet,and bring a spoon because your going to have to stur every drink yourself
The cashier on the drive through on 24th August around 4:20 pm was very rude as I told him to scan my rewards. He replied he doesn’t want to waste his time by scanning my points card. He also added either you pay for my order or leave.

This is my favourite Tim’s. They are consistent , my tea is always hot regardless of the time I go through ,my breakfast wrap is always marked to tell me which one is which and it’s ALWAYS grilled good (pictured) which is a problem at other locations. Everyone is polite and fast in DT

Service was not the best. Order was wrong and had to explain a few times before they got it right

My boyfriend and I decided to place a mobile order, expecting our food to be ready (or almost ready) by the time we arrived. While some of our food came out in a timely manner, we were advised that our potato wedges would take five minutes to cook, which wasn’t a problem. We waited at the window for roughly five minutes before the cashier asked us to park out front and she would bring us the food when it was ready. We parked, I ate my entire rice bowl, and sat there for at least another three to five minutes before our wedges were ready. What was supposed to be a five minute wait turned into a fifteen minute wait just for some potato wedges. I understand they need to be cooked, but being prepared and ensuring food is prepared beforehand to avoid these long wait times is essential when visiting a fast food restaurant.
