They have donairs that are identical to K.O.D in Halifax. Definitely go buy one.

OMG. There are places where you go to try stuff out that you’ve heard about and certain expectations are there. This was the case for Thom & Etts. Heard a lot of the fried chicken so I gave it a try and it did not disappoint. It might have been the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Definitely the best in Sydney. And the portions were massive. I must go in Sydney t

Best donair I've had period. I've been coast to coast and have not had a better donair.

We never had donairs before (traveling from NY), but I can’t imagine that anyone can make them any better. They were delicious! The Jr. size was more than one meal for me. We also had a serving of the fried chicken. It was to die for! So much so, that we went back in and ordered more to take home for dinner!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Says best donairs in cape breton.not the one I grew up in.no pita bread, white onion and shaved something.sauce was so small it looked like salt.gries had all the peeling and were nasty to eat more than two.this is some of the worst take out from here to Florida.no stars.

For those who remember the Greek Donair shop on Charlotte Street, then know that these are the family of the same man who returned home to continue the business.

whenever i go home, this is my first stop. sorry Mom, but priorities.

All of our food was deplorable. Soggy fries, soggy fish, the hero barely any meat. Do not recommend and will never be back.

Wide choose.
Not a single tree or even an umbrella to eat in the shade (+35°C 06/20/2024).

A free chicken thigh with every order.
I personally didn’t have enough vegetables (green) in the doner.

We were in the Sydney area and craving a Donair. Thomas and Ett's popped up as well reviewed option, so we took a chance. We are glad we did as it was the best donair/gyro we've ever had.

First the prices were reasonable and the portions were large. They had a special for $5.99 junior donairs that night, which was more than enough food for my wife. My son tackled a large (which was massive), while I took on a medium (just right).

As to the quality of the donairs:
- The pita was fresh
- The meat was plentiful, well seasoned, and had a spicy kick
- The portion of meat to tomatoes/onions was perfect
- The donair sauce was portioned perfectly and had an incredble flavor.

This place is not much to look at from the road, but they are slaying the donairs there. They had a full pizza/sub menu as well and it all looked delicious.

Give Thomas and Ett's a shot today!

When this place first opened, their chicken was amazing, however, I bought a 12 piece dinner for the family today. It was disgusting. The chicken wasn't cooked through and I didn't even get any white meat pieces in the box. For over $60, the chicken could have at least been cooked thoroughly. Never again going there.
