Food is good, wait times aren’t the greatest at all. A couple of employees are very smiley and friendly, like the young trainee today who served us. The manager was snooty towards my mom and acting sour towards the trainee because the order wasn’t entered correctly. The manager repeated the order from the receipt multiple times acting like it was my mom’s fault, but that’s literally not how my mom said it?😭 it’s not the trainee’s fault either, she was obviously confused when taking our order because half was takeout and half was dine in, 5 meals. She looked like she was on the verge of tears when the manager was going over everything with my mom because the manager was being rude to her, I feel so bad.

Order a large ice coffee with extra cream but the amount of cream was insane. They literally put 75% of my drink with heavy cream and then coffee that’s even not drinkable. I really wanted to tell the employee there but they were closing so had to leave. The service was poor too

Food I'd good but service needs improving. Received my order at the takeout, bearded fellow passes food with no comments, I'm thanking as he's passing the food and he doesn't say a word, awkward! Look over my food before driving off, no bacon on my baconator combo. Return the burger to another person standing by, says he'll be a minute. Burger is ready and the bearded guy passes it to me saying nothing! No apology, no nothing! Get a personality, at the window to serve the customers.

Good and fast. The fountain pop tasted off. I think they got thr diet right. I didnt get sick so it just have been the mix.
My issue is that these men don't wear beard nets so that hair can fall into our food... I know in Ontario they have to wear them... they should be mandatory when working with food
