The establishment is usually clean, however the state in which you get your order is always a gamble.
I’ve had many instances of getting orders with missing or incorrect items, hairs in food, or food items looking decrepit.
Obviously I’ve had more positive experiences than negative, but I’ve had less than ideal situations with my orders one too many times to where I can’t rate this place any higher.

Pleasant server. The eating area was tidy, but garbages were over flowing. The bathroom was a mess with toilet paper all over the place. Hoping that's not a reflection of the cooking area. Serving Counters appeared clean.

After ordering a coffee and breakfast sandwich, I was charged more than $2 extra on my order. It wasn't reflected on the receipt I requested. Went in to request my money back. Then I get home and the breakfast sandwich isn't even in one piece. The biscuit is soggy and ripped. Was my favorite in the area but lately seems like the orders are always wrong or confusing.

The WORKERS are amazing and deserve 5 stars. However the higher ups (The Shaw's) are always behind the counter, no hair net, no respect for others, their orders come first (and they don't bother to pay) and literally saw Lindsay say to a girl that she needs a hairnet, yet she wasn't wearing one AT ALL WHILE SHES MAKING FOOD. This is a "higher up" they should have MORE RESPECT for the business not less. Sad when min wage workers have better understanding of cust service than the OWNERS. DO NOT RECCOMMED. YOU WILL GET HAIR IN FOOD FROM THE OWNERS NOT EMPLOYEES!!!!
