I had a gift card so I decided to get myself a small pizza and a caesar salad. I was very disappointed in both the very tiny pizza and the nearly bare Caesar salad with a few croutons and Parmesan on the top. This cost nearly $35. Won't be going back there again

We waited over 10 minutes after we were seated for service. She didn’t automatically bring water. We were not offered water. I had to turn around in my seat and make eye contact with her for her to come over to take our order. It was “so have you looked at the menu?”. Service was slo and less than enthusiastic. The food was extremely disappointing. View photo: What was advertised vs what I received. PROSCIUTTO & MUSHROOM PIZZA. There was MAYBE one slice of prosciutto on the pizza that was cut up.

We had the pleasure of having Carol the General Manager as a server the day we went in. She was so upbeat and pleasant. She really made our experience even more enjoyable. Our food was hot and our drinks were always replenished in a timely manner. Can’t wait to go again!
My wife and I had a bad experience at the Truro location of Boston Pizza back in August 2025 and the manager Terry Ervanowitz contacted me apologizing for these several issues. He said give me your address and I will send you some coupons to come back and try us again. Well here we are 2.5 months later and no coupons have showed up yet. Doesn’t surprise me as this franchise doesn’t seem to care about their customers never did. Last time our group of 15 went to Truro I suggested we should all eat at Frank & Gino’s instead of Boston Pizza and found the food and service a lot better there.

Shouldn’t have to wait 15min for the bill after server brings a Togo dish. Had to go ask for it in the end. Only 3 tables with people. Food was salty and small portions. What is that smell? Kind of like a hotel pool room. This is the penne lunch specials with garlic bread “side” creamer for reference
