I came in for dinner a few weeks ago with 3 of my co workers. Food was cold and dry and absolutely tasteless! Took over 15 minutes for him to take our order and then another 15 mins for our water 😅 He didn’t even greet us!!!!! Not once did he smile and say thank you. After receiving our food, our awful server didn’t even come to do a quality check. We had asked for ketchup for our fries and never got that. We sat with our plates in front of us for another 20 minutes when he came to take our plates. Never asked us how everything was. Another 15 minutes for our bill, all separate bills and none of us tipped. He didn’t ask what was wrong or not a single word came out of his mouth from when he grabbed our plates. A waste of time and money!!!!!
What he didn’t know is that all 4 of us girls are fine dining servers and we were so shocked by how horrible the service was. Boston Pizza , do better !!!

The food wasn't worth paying for. The fish taco could have been sold in a fast food restaurant, poor quality. The service wasn't good, everything asked seemed like it was bothering the server. We never got the kid's ice cream till we were ready to go.. I wouldn't waste my time going back there ever.
