This is the third time we've come through the drive thru and they do not have toys for their kids meals and offered not substitute for 3 very disappointed children. The nuggets were also cold.

I ordered a roadhouse and they literally gave me two patties between bread. No sauce, no veggies, no nothing. 18 dollars! I'm never getting from there again

I visited the Burger king on February 3rd between 4:45–5:00 AM. The lights were on, which indicated the store was open. I waited at the drive-thru for about 10 minutes with no response. I then waited another 5 minutes near the window, hoping someone would come to take my order, but no one did. If the store wasn’t operating at that time, clearer communication or signage would have been helpful. It was a disappointing experience, especially after waiting for so long. I understand that early morning shifts can be tiring, and it’s okay to take a short nap between shifts — but at the very least, someone should wake up when a customer arrives. Please train your team!!!!!!

My fries were cold, they forgot my ketchup for my cold fries and my whopper with “extra pickles” had one more than usual.. yea I guess that qualifies as extra. I know it’s a fast food joint but put some effort into maybe???

I usually avoid this location because of the reviews. I decided to try it out because I live close. The place always looks closed.. Ordered a whopper meal waited 25 mins for a cold meal. Bun smelt weird, had a green mold spot on the bottom. Do not recommend. It was good under the old owners years ago. I don't know how this place stays open

Me and my son came here specifically for the SpongeBob set. At the cashier, our order was accepted and the toy was added to the receipt. However, when we received our order, it turned out that they didn’t have the toy, and we were given a regular bag instead of the pineapple like SpongeBob’s. I am very disappointed because we were not informed at the time of placing the order that the toy was unavailable.

The night shift staff doesn’t seem to be doing their job at all. 5-6 times on different days i had visited this place around 3-4am and waited in the drive thru for them to take my order but every single time the staff is busy I guess somewhere else. This is so annoying every single time. The manager should question the night shift staff of what they actually do? Because I m not able to get their “ 24hours open” service.

Fast, and more importantly, friendly service every time I’ve been here. Lots of choices on Robie street for a burger, but not a lot of choices to see a smiling face. The whole crew at this location should be proud of the atmosphere they’ve created

The King Burger was absolutely disgusting. The tables were all dirty, it was hard to find a clean table we had to wash our own, our feet were sticking to the floor. They did not ask what sauce we wanted we had to ask for it.

This location is neither lacking, or all that great. The food is as to be expected fast and fills the belly quick, however once in awhile a bit stale and below expectations. The staff at this location are neither rude, nor noteworthy. Expect the typical service you would expect from workers who are being paid minimum wage to do a job we all avoid doing. In my opinion out of the fastfood locations in this town, for service and food quality this location still ranks in the top tier.

Everyone enjoyed there meal today, it was a little slow for fast food but maybe that means everything was made fresh? My son did find a half eaten burger in the urinal though Lol!

I come here during the mornings a couple times a month to eat with my two small toddlers. They love the play area which is usually much cleaner than McDonald's and the staff are very friendly. I had an issue with my mobile order this morning and the girls were quick to offer a correction and help. Always good service, clean and my toddlers love the play structure. Good value for food.
