It has been a tradition for a very long time to come here when we have dog show weekends in Truro. The last time we were here was several years ago and we always loved the food. It's too bad they no longer have the staff for dining service, but don't count them out on take out! Keep supporting this long standing restaurant that has been part of the community for a very long time!

2 dozen egg rolls and 1 order of chicken balls. = $77.00!That would not be so bad if the food didn’t taste like it came from the frozen food section at a grocery store.Thoroughly and completely unsatisfying.?

This place isn't bad, but i haven't visited this place in several years.
Owner is always very kind & food is very well priced (I always get combo plates). Food is usually very good although can sometimes be a bit dry, as I find a lot of Chinese food places sometimes are. Service is quick. All-you-can-eat (when it was running) always has LOTS of options for supper, seems less worth the value for lunch. Over-all a good go-to spot.

Got an order for supper tonight and was not pleased at all. The rice was disgusting like it came out of a can,and they added chicken to it and then i try a bite of the general gaos chicken to bite into something hard. Thought it was bone so i pulled it out of my mouth and it was a oiece of crusher dust. I gave this place another try after the horrible service and food experince last time with burnt food and chow mein that had so much water in it the bag was soaked and leaked all over my car. I will say tho, management was great to deal with and gave a full refund and an apology to us.

Ordered Combination plate H, and I was quickly disappointed by the bland overcooked rice with dried out pieces of chicken. And then there was the spareribs that had more fat than any pork. I also ordered an Spring Roll that consisted of all vegetables drenched in grease, not to mention the meat based egg roll, had a rather disturbing amount of curry. The sweet and sour chicken balls, were the only item that was edible, just because the batter surrounding the formed chicken was crispy. And the worst thing was I had t pay to get delivery of this under par food. Overall I will never order from the Chow Family again.
