Never seem to have a problem here, orders are correct and food is warm/hot. Had to wait for fresh chicken once ( which I don't mind) and the server apologized and gave us an extra fry. I was very impressed.
Rivina (spelling?) and the young staff working this evening were just wonderful. They were working hard and were also having fun. It was so nice to see. Our blizzards of course were delicious! Even though we live a hour away, we will be back to this location.

I love DQ Blizzards and generally like to go inside to get my blizzard to decrease the chances of my ice cream sitting and melting while I’m waiting in the drive thru. Today, I went in and ordered my blizzard. I asked my server to do 1/2 the normal amount of fudge to also decrease the chances of my ice cream being very soft and melted. The server nodded her head and agreed to the request, reiterating to me that I wanted less fudge. However the lady making my blizzard had made the blizzard and I watched as she walked around with the blizzard in hand while speaking to a co-worker. I’m unsure what the discussion was about and I did not time how long this went on for, but my blizzard was given to me very soft and not at all enjoyable. I’m skeptical if she had actually listened to me or not about the fudge. When I got into my car, I had also found a hair in the blizzard and I had to throw it out. I would not recommend this DQ location if you are looking for ice cream. Save your money for something you can enjoy.

Love Dairy Queen Blizzards but recently find that they are being mixed way too long. Ice cream is almost milk sometimes and definately doesn't last till I get home only a few minutes away. There are no clumps of fillings anymore. Maybe just a little more training would help on new staff. This has been at least the last 5 or 6 times we have been. Thank you

Not impressed they should have a cashier looking after both drive thru and inside the restaurant not just drive thru and ignore the people waiting inside the restaurant I was next in line to be served and no one came for 10 minutes and making a big line behind me so I left without being served because I had somewhere else to be I wasn't gonna wait any longer better training is needed for serving people inside the restaurant they need to understand some people have date lines to meet incase they have somewhere else to be

Went through drive through last night. Young girl in window clearly didn't want to be there. No hi, no thank you, no communication.

Date: May 24,2024 (9:00 pm) The customer representative at the counter was really rude and needs an attitude adjustment. It was very evident that she did not like to interact with people from other nationalities. Never made eye contact and just kept the blizzards we ordered on the counter even though I was right in front of her. She was however prompt in handing over the orders to others in their hand. I would have definitely given it a benefit of doubt if this was a one time thing but it seems to be the norm. Hope they realise other nationalities don’t get a discount and pay the same price for the product. Customer service should be equal to all and not targeted to few. Love the products offered but definitely not a fan of this particular person managing our order who surprisingly was also of another nationality.
