I don’t like to complain but my experience yesterday was terrible. As we waited for our order I noticed the girl gave the car in front of us a handful of receipts. As you know, you scan the receipts and get points for free food/ treats. As I thought that wasn’t very nice of her to the owners, I figured none of my business. Next we were a party of 3 people in the car. We had the coupon for buy a blizzard and get a second one for $1.99. We ordered two medium blizzards but got charged $ 6.89 for each one. The third person with us ordered a small blizzard and got charged the $1.99. My impression was that you order 2 blizzard and one is regular price and the second one would have been $1.99. I feel like we got taken. Sorry but that’s my rant for today.

Every time I go there they dont take the food to my table. They have little red number they give you then say they will bring it but never do. The kicker I watch them take the food to other tables. I am nothing but nice I order by number and always thank the staff. I Literally do not understand why.

So disappointed I went to the drive-through around 6:30 tonight in Truro For an ice cream after an appointment when I get to the window, all I can hear is the Younger workers, cursing and swearing dropping the F bomb multiple times before shutting the window. It was very inappropriate and uncalled for and makes me not wanna go back again.

The icecream is always top notch and they are open late, which is convenient for those late night cravings! However, the position of the drive thru is awkward (two lanes coming from opposite directions merging into one, often causing the lineup to back up into the roadway) and the store itself is located right on the corner of two busy streets, so it's a nightmare to try and pull out of in your vehicle. I look forward to their pumpkin pie blizzard all year long! It's to die for!
I don't know who's cooking at the chicken Dairy Queen but it didn't have the Dairy Queen flavor that I went there before legally won't go back cuz that was my second chance I don't typically care to spend my money more than twice on wasted food

Thank you to the cake maker and decorator working Friday August 8th. You made a cake for our colleague heading off on his next chapter, the Canadian Navy, and you totally knocked it out of the park!! I could t believe my eyes when I saw it. The ship, the sailor, the ocean and waves! Incredible work! Thank you so much!!!

Please clean the paddle that your debit machine is passed thru the window on.. it is really slimy and disgusting to touch.. feels like it has never been wiped.. makes me concerned for the over all cleanliness of the restaurant

Went to the Truro location at 915 pm Sunday Aug 3 very slow at the ordereda medium blizzard medium Sundae medium cone and brownie Oreo cupfection we were given a small cone small sundae and the wrong cupfection. Went back to trade in the fiction as we were half way home and no apology just did you get everything else said yes she took the receipt and crumpled and threw it away and then gave us the right cupfection just said here you go no apology no personality can’t see me going there again
