Gift card buyers/users beware!I was gifted a gift card a few months ago and have been to this location in particular 3 times. First two times it took 10-15 minutes with two employees to figure out how to input the gift card while convincing them there’s money on it. Third time I get told I was lying about a remaining balance on the gift card and have to pay. There’s also no managers on duty in the late afternoon. Great customer service!

We order 4 blizzard with my family in the counter, the lady that makes it took a while to give it to us because every time there’s a drive thru order she makes it for the girl there, I understand the team work but what about our orders? The worst part is the people after us already get their orders and we are still waiting!!! She only finished it when I asked her how long on our order??? Very disappointing service and experience!!!

Messed up my order. Ordered the baccon deluxe and my burger had no baccon, no lettuce, no tomatos, but extra pickles. Don't know who's order I got but they shouldn't screw up this bad

The staff working today could use an attitude adjustment and quit acting like their made at the customers for making them do their job. Every table in the place and seats are filthy its 2pm well past rush hr and only 1 customer in the store. I was given my sindae 15 min before my food ever arrived never mind at the same time or after. I did exchange this milky mess for a new one. Thos isn't the first time DQ ! By the look if your reviews it's time to take action and fix the problem instead of issuing preset apologies.

this dairy queen is absolutely horrible. the attitude from both workers was ridiculous. i returned my blizzard because they filled it half way, and my friend and i basically had our food thrown at us. tried calling to complain and no answer. avoid at all costs.
