We never got to place our order, the foreign gentleman (possible language barrier?) was very rude at the speaker. We ordered one item and were told instantly to pull ahead. My wife said I would actually like to order another item (we were there as a couple plus two kids) and the gentlemen laughed to his co worker (they were chatting the entire time he was on the speaker, like a couple of teenagers) and again said pull ahead. So my wife again said "excuse me sir sorry I'm not finished placing my order" and the guy angrily exclaimed to "just pull ahead" so my wife obviously just drove away frustrated and as someone whose family is close friends with the owner I decided to call in and ask to speak to a manager to inquire what was going on and see what all the confusion was.
Long story short the same two people answered the phone, this time the lady was on the phone and the man in the background, she claims to be the manager. They are whispering and talking to each other as we were on the phone, the exact same experience as we had in the drive through. She claims they wanted us to pull ahead because they are having trouble with their speaker and couldn't hear us. well why wouldn't they say that over the speaker in the first place? -Why would they try to take our order in the first place over the speaker if it wasn't working? -Why wouldn't they say "hey I'm having trouble hearing you can you pull ahead so we can take your order"? how did they hear when we ordered our first item to respond with "okay pull ahead."? Not once did anyone say anything about not being able to hear anyone and if they couldn't hear us they would of said they're having trouble hearing us and to just pull ahead so we can take your order.
They were a couple of younger people laughing and having fun at work and instead of trying to take our order properly they wanted to say pull ahead every single time we ordered an item because they thought it was funny. some people are so miserable to be at work that they seem to revel in moments like this, all while usually constantly victimizing themselves and blaming the customer.
All we wanted was to politely order some food for someone who hasn't ate all day, a couple of kids and a tired mom. Thanks for letting us down. I'll be checking in with my relatives to see if the lady who used to run it still does, because this place used to be great for elderly and kids. I've been going here for 25 years and have never ever once had an experience like this. I really hope someone responds to me to clear this up. totally disgusted. 0/5. Had a cheese burger there about 2 weeks ago ,it was the best cheese burger I had for a long time , real meat, onions were done perfect . I also stop in for breakfast every other weekend , love it !

Ordered shrimp, was told it would have 14 pieces but when we received it we got only 7. Good thing we checked right there, she said it was the chefs mistake.. going by the reviews on this page, I think it’s a norm and deliberately done. No transparency and taste is not that great. Not worth the time and money.

Freezing cold like the staff ! They didn't speak to us upon entry (feel free to watch how many times we were ignored . ) The place was very cold and the young people behind the counter need training because the device was comically bad .

Clams were $25.00 and I thought ok for that price it must be a decent feed of clams,so I asked to have it split up in 2 so mom and I could share....what a shock when we opened the bag only to find maybe 4 clams each ,that wouldn't even feed a child ! So disappointed!!!!!!

Used to really like their breaded fish and chips. Today I found they downsized .. smaller plates etc. And they somewhere along the line they started using cod fish. Smelled gross and was mushy texture. After first bite we couldn't eat it. Used to be haddock. $37 for 2 small plates and a gravy and threw it all out. Gross. Won't be back.
