Definitely not a positive experience on March 28,2024. Our food took a while to reach our table and was not warm. That sometimes happens but it was the inappropriate attitude of our server, Haley, that ruined our experience when asked to have our food prepared again to an acceptable level. Her unprofessional service was topped off by bringing the bills of the six people at our table while people were still eating. Not a place I would recommend.

Went in on a Monday afternoon. The whole menu is very fairly priced and service was excellent. I got the frankincense burger and it was probably the best burger I’ve had living in NS since I moved here 8 years ago just make sure u make it an ultimate if you are hungry. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been here a few times with my girlfriend it's been pretty great most times, the food is good and the staff are friendly and relatively fast even when the building is packed.

The chicken Alfredo is terrible.Very very very bland. Noodles were s’more than “el Dante”.Gave 3 stars for atmosphere/service because it was take out.I would have given food a 1 star but i am not sure if they weed those out.It was such a let down. You might as well get a bottle of heinz chicken baby food as it has more flavour that this.Terrible food.I am getting pretty sick of all the second rate food service and not understanding english in Nova Scotia..

Ordered online an ended up waiting and waiting. They kept messing up orders and it took them forever to fix the problem. Food was cold.

I came here tonight with friends, trying to enjoy a fun evening… it did not go well at all. We entered and I had unfortunately slipped on their wet floor. There was no sign indicating that it was wet at all, and I hurt my shoulder pretty bad, but got up like normal and laughed it off. We got in and I was asked if I was okay by the host, but then he told us our outside drinks weren’t allowed, fully dismissing the fact that someone had been injured just beforehand. We sat down, and our server was the manager of the night. Her service was unacceptable. She was rude and full of attitude for us. Making snarky comments and being rude all around. What an extremely disappointing evening…

Decent food and sort of slow service but it was very busy so I'll give the benefit of the doubt.

The first time in this restaurant it is very nice and bigger than it looks from the outside. We held a surprise birthday party. Our waitress was amazing, took all our orders, and everything was correct. There were about 25 of us food was very good cooked to perfection! We will most definitely be going there again soon. If you're looking for great Italian food, I recommend Frank and Gino'sParking: There is additional parking in the rear of buildingKid-friendliness: There were several kids eating family environmentWheelchair accessibility: Several elderly people were in our group very manageable with walkers and wheelchair

I loved this place years back. My fish was not so great. The batter looked really cooked outside but inside was not right. Fries were minimal and seasoned with some salt like they use at A & W. Tater sauce was odd tasting and I'm not real fussy. Tea water wasn't the hottest. The waitress was mediocre and the built in decor shelving has so much dust on it you could write clean me. The over all quality of the place has declined.

Food was very good. I had the chicken cassadia and my friend had pizza. Ray was our waitress and she was excellent. My problem was the lack of care taken in the entrance. There was a mound of snow outside the front door and between the front and interior door, there was a lot of water built up and the black mat was at least two feet too small. I slipped on the wet or icy floor and landed on my face and shoulder and left hand. My glasses fell off. My left hand is swollen and very painful. I have a bruised face and a very sore shoulder. I told the girl inside the door and she said she would put up the slippery floor sign. (Which she did) I was in shock from the fall and had trouble cutting my food with aching hand. I returned the next day to talk with manager but manager was not in.Acting manager said, with a big smile on face, that he was very sorry and would order a bigger mat. I felt dismissed. That was my experience.
