First time at this restaurant. I haven't been to a KFC for over 5 years or more. Wanted to try it again. The taste is good but the memories came back with how greasy the chicken is. Still tasty.

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor experience I had at your restaurant last night. I ordered a Veggie Deluxe Box and was served soggy fries that appeared to be pre-cooked and reheated. The chalupa was also soggy and clearly not fresh. I immediately raised this concern with your staff, and although a replacement chalupa was provided, it was of the same poor quality. This experience leads me to believe that fresh food was not being prepared or served, which is a serious failure to meet your restaurant’s brand and food quality standards. I was very disappointed, especially as I was hungry late at night and had no other dining options available. I arrived around 11:20 PM and remained until approximately 11:40 PM, yet still left unsatisfied. I feel that my time and money were completely wasted. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously and would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed. I don’t expext formal apology on this complaint.

New pre order kiosks in place, none of the staff knew how to navigate them and got frustrated and rude when asked. Will not be eating in again.

Ordered doordash, order got here very quickly! The driver was great but the food absolutely terrible. I didnt have high expectations for KFC but the fries were very old and cold. You can tell by the taste they just slapped hot gravy on top. The chicken burger was a bit stiff aswell, threw everything in the trash unfortunately.

November 13 2025 kfc taco bell is supposed to be open until 1 am and it is closed at 12 this isn't the first its been happening for months and if they are gonna close they should fix there google times I love going here when I can but I work late and there never open as late as it says they are

Took them 25 minutes to get two combos out in store, three door dashers came and left with food, DoorDash is definitely prioritized at this restaurant

Fries tasted like they were made yesterday, cold and stale. Also, the fries had no seasoning at all(waste of a family size fry, as well as my money). Ordered a famous chicken and got a big crunch pattie, definitely smaller than what you normally get for a famous chicken.

I know KFC chicken is not a healthy choice however once in a while you crave some. What a disappointment, the children very greasy and the breading on top was not even sticking to the chicken, we got mostly breast bones. We'll have to think twice before going there again.
