Drive thru? May as well bring a translator with you. Frustrating. The way they cut their chicken into 12 pieces. Small chicken piece portions. Ribs don’t exist anymore. The Colonel would be turning over in his grave if he knew. I believe they have changed the cooking procedure from in the past too. Recipe is the same, timing isn’t.

Two weeks ago we ordered beam buritos. When we ordered inside, we asked for extra pkgs of hot sauce. When we got home, there was no hot sauce at all. One week ago we got chicken, fries, coleslaw & macaroni salad. Chicken pieces were very small, the new macaroni salad was terrible as was the coleslaw. I could not believe how small the containers were either. It went into the garbage. No more eating at KFC for us.
Fast and friendly, walked in no lines, waited 6 minutes and on my way.

Placed an online order and waited more than 1.5 hour for the food.Called the store and they said they hired a delivery company to do the deliveries and it depends on how busy they are.After waiting so long i got cold food and not worth the money i spent on it.It’s better to order through doordash than placing an online order here.They shouldn’t even have online orders options for delivery if they are gonna take forever to deliver to the customer.Veryy veryy bad experience
