Placed an order online was told it would be here at a certain time and we'll past that time we called to see what was up. While asking my question I got cut off to have a rude "person" give lame excuses as to why the " live tracking" from their website said our order was not picked up yet. After listing to this arrogant person rant off about nothing ( because remember I didn't get to finish my question) the promptly hung up on me. This has to be one of the WORST " restaurants" there is, if you include that the one time we dined in people came in in street clothing walking right out back to the kitchen grabbed fries off the counter and stood there to talk to their friend while eating said fries. I know not all KFC restaurants are this way but this one is ............less then one star

Was not impressed with the new macaroni salad, it was horrible. Liked the old Mac salad, it was everyone's favorite. Change in coleslaw too but it was way better. And chicken needed to be cooked more, sone was not cooked ebmnough still red. Also use to love your gravy but it's tasteless now. Love the flavour you used on chicken in it. Don't change what was the best parts if the meal.

Edit, 2+ years later:my original review stands. But I wanted to add a 2 years later update. I picked up some chicken today, did KFC stop using spices, because this barely had the KFC flavour?More importantly, I had kept the freaky macaroni as a science experiment from my original review because it wasn't looking to spoil. The added picture was my experiment after nearly 1 year in the spare fridge. What is in this mystery orange macaroni that's only sold at this owner's two locations that makes it stay new looking a week or so shy of a year?Original review:I'm a KFC Macaroni fan, I'll go and only get the macaroni salad. This location has some gross macaroni that looks like they added a packet of KD cheese mix and dill.I will not be back. After seeing this, I noticed while in a Sobeys that the macaroni looks awefully similar to Sobeys macaroni. Now I wonder if this is just another Sobeys monopoly deal or if it's a legit KFC salad for the Truro areas likes. In any case, if you like normal KFC Macaroni, don't dare order it here.

I love this KFC everything here is absolutely amazing. the food is Juicy, crispy and SOOOOO good! I highly recommend coming over to this kfc trust me you'll love it.

Amazing food, and great service. Like I am talking above and beyond service!!Our order was wrong a few days ago, and we called about it. They immediately wanted to correct it, and even said they would deliver the correct order to our door. Free of charge! We politely declined. And just said we would pick it up another day. So, two days later, we go to get just the part of the order that they messed up on, and got the whole order replaced, extra freis, and a free dessert! 10/10 recommend this place for fast food.
Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean, like the new renovation makes it a bit more inviting.

went through the drive thru. Nice young boy about 15 tall with dark hair was very helpful. Helped me use my coupons and explained what the items were. The chicken itself wasn’t the best though.

The Truro KFC is terrible. The last chicken we had, it was too over cooked and had to throw it out. I contacted the owner who apologized and said he would give me coupons to try it again. That was back in May and I still haven't received the coupons! Food is too expensive to throw away!!!
