I recently went through the Mary Brown’s drive thru to grab a Batter Box for dinner. I quickly checked the bag to make sure the gravy was included since I was headed to Malagash from Truro with a toddler. When we sat down to eat, I was a little surprised by the smaller portion sizes, especially the wings. To make matters worse, the chicken was pretty salty, and the gravy tasted burnt. I’ve been an occasional customer since the location opened, visiting a couple of times, 4 times max a month, and while I’ve had a few hiccups in the past, I’ve always just come back to mention them. This time, though, I didn’t have time to pop back in, so I wanted to share my thoughts here instead. I’ll definitely keep coming back, but I hope this feedback can help improve things for next time.

Delish I drove all the way there from another town just to have some chicken its that good!!
Can't order on the phone, go to order on-line, only if you use doordash and I live an hour away and they don't deliver that far. Poor customer service, will eat elsewhere from now on.

Ordered a Big Mary (regular) and Batters Box. What we received was a spicy Big Mary. Would have taken it back except we drove 20 minutes to home before we realized.

Went to the Truro location. Nothing like the Sackville location. Big Mary wasn't even close. Ask for spicy mayo. Got hardly any at all. Wonder why the pickle was inside the sandwich. My small taters for the price. Had maybe 8 taters in it. Small gravy that's small already. Was only half full. And at $3.29. Like come one guys.
