When Mezza first came to town it wasn't quite what I hoped, so I stayed away for a few years. Once I heard there was a new owner I went back to check it out and I am so glad I did!!!!! I get the mixed grill plate and it does not disappoint. Everything is on point every time I order it!!! Decent prices as well!!! Keep up the awesome job!!!!

I’ve been here 10 times and just ordered the side of chicken and it’s great every time but I guess they’ve changed their policy and no longer sell just the side of chicken. Too bad.

I used to love going here but sadly the portions aren't what they used to be. My go-to dish was the chicken protein bowl but now it's all rice and a tiny/sad amount of chicken. The pickled turnips were always nice and crunchy, now soggy. Used to have hard time closing thr lid there was so much kale and chicken. Hope it changes.

Was just there yesterday, this place has really went down hill with overpricing and cutting down portion sizes. I ordered the “Deep bowl Shawarma”. I’m a huge fan of Lebanese food ever since “Venus” (original restaurant).
Disappointed was to say the least when they filled half the bowl with lettuce and gave me a child’s handful of chicken.
Gave them a few chances over the past couple years but the portion/prices and quality just keeps getting worse. Only this time I decided to write a review. Don’t spend your money here, I won’t be back ever again.

Trying to ask for something was like pulling teeth.
Walked into Mezzanine Truro a few minutes ago with my wife and we were utterly ignored by the staff. The young lady working there walked past us while we were at the counter waiting to order and proceeded to shave meat from the spit. She didn’t even acknowledge that we were there. I could hear other voices in the back kitchen but no one came out. There were no other customers in there and after waiting a few minutes, we said have a nice day and left. Disgraceful customer service. If I choose to select your store from the vast array of options out there, I fully expect good service if nothing else. With the amount of restaurants that are struggling these days I find it insulting that we choose your restaurant and were ignored in an empty room.
Cons: - The falafel was way overcooked in the deep fryer. I choked on it. - Why do they push a Greek salad on us? It says Messa LEBANESE Kitchen. What the heck is a Greek salad doing in a Lebanese kitchen??? The salad takes up half the plate almost. It's not worth the money you pay.
