Absolutely best Chinese food I’ve had in NS and NL, or even in Canada. Great hospitality, amazing salt and pepper shrimp, and MUST ORDER fried rice was the BEST. Beef and broccoli is also a must get.

food was cold. service poor
Ordered 5 combo plates from here for take out. We weren't unhappy but also not really satisfied. Like the food was fine but nothing to rave over. The flavors were lacking. The rice was good though. We absolutely hated the chow mein, it tasted bad/rotten with very little sauce flavor in it and the egg rolls have a pasty filling.
However the service is always great and the food gets cooked fast. If I go back, it will be for the lunch special with no chow mein.

Our group of 15 stopped in yesterday with no reservations. We were welcomed and easily accommodated. The portions were very filling. The prices were quite reasonable and the service was fantastic. This wasn’t my first visit…and won’t be my last visit. 👍🏼
Food was delicious! One of the best Chinese places I have eaten at. Chicken balls were crispy, ribs were delicious. 5 stars for sure! We stopped in on our way across the country, too bad it's so far away. If we are ever in that area again, we would definitely go back.
Authentic Hong Kong taste. Salt pepper pork 夠鑊氣 (has good Wok heat), both that dish and Singapore noodles great portion sizes. Lunch specials being under $10 is a fantastic deal.
Nothing is worse than finding black hair in your food. The other thing is the food itself seems to have lost flavour like the sweet and sour is watered down with no flavour. Wonton soup had no flavour as well and the wontons them self were very doughy.
Delicious, fresh Chinese food. I just got the veggie combo plate so just simple veggies and rice with a spring roll and it was super fresh and tasty!

The lunch here was excellent: fast, really affordable, hot, and delicious. The service was very friendly. We'll make it a regular stop from now on when traveling through Truro.
I absolutely LOVE this place! The owners are lovely people and they make the best BBQ Pork I've ever had! My family comes here at least once a week now!

Outside of China and my dad’s kitchen, the BEST Cantonese chow mein and chicken lo mein you will find in NS. Veggies and meats cooked to absolute perfection. Crisped up the noodles just as requested. Ding gua gua! 😄
