The most amazing breakfast I’ve ever had. The service was phenomenal (thanks to Mike!) and the food was above and beyond delicious. Everything was picture perfect, could have taken our plates out of a magazine! Great job! Best Pür & Simple in the maritimes! The short wait for a table (less than 5 minutes) was more than worth it!

Tara at Pur & Simple is an absolute GEM! From the moment we walked in, her energy was so warm, friendly, and inviting, it honestly made our whole morning brighter. She was incredibly attentive, fast, and made us feel genuinely cared for, not just like another table. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and it shows in every detail, from her cheerful attitude to the way she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing.
The food was amazing (as always at Pur & Simple!), but Tara took the whole experience to the next level. It’s rare to find service that feels so personal and uplifting. Thank you, Tara, for making our breakfast such a joyful start to the day! We’ll definitely be back and asking for you by name!

Tara served us this morning and was very attentive as soon as we arrived we got a nice window table and she took our drink orders right away and made a suggestion for the fresh squeezed orange juice which was very good. The food arrived quickly and everythingwas correct. We had a waffle with fruit and a lox avocado toast. The ingredients were all fresh and portions were good. Loved our experience at Pur & Simple

Service was excellent. Tara was very efficient. Whole Meal was “lukewarm”. Had simple eggs Benny. One poached egg was almost hard the other very soft, the fruit cup was excellent, fruit was very fresh.

Our server, Tara, is AWESOME! EVERYTIME!!!!! We go, maybe, a couple of times per month and the food is consistently delicious, the servers are consistently friendly and awesome at their job, and the place is always fresh and clean! I would eat here every day if I could afford it!!! Hahahaha
